Resort was much better than expected. Great staff, food and location. The pools could use a little work, one was freezing cold and the other didn't seem that clean but, the pool staff was execellent. Check in/out went quicker than expected and our room was ready early. Overall a great experience and we would definetly go back to the resort.

We just returned from Puerto Vallarta yesterday and wanted to get a review in before I forget. Secrets was amazing! Its a small resort compared to others, but it has everything you need. The staff was incredible. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We stayed in the privilege side and thought it was great. Carlos Miranda and Jorge Becerra (our butlers) were so attentive. The resort is very clean. The location of the resort is great. You are so close to down. A taxi to the Malecon was at most 120 pesos. We ventured out everyday for street food. I highly recommend getting a massage at the blue and white building across the street. $25 US for an hour massage. We will definitely be back to this resort.

Over the top exceptional service and amenities
Top notch service and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the Bordeaux and Oceana restaurants. Staff was so helpful and catering. Always asking if you needed anything. Carlos Miranda and Jose Becerra were our personal butlers and they were outstanding. Highly recommend for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Long weekend getaway
The staff are super friendly, if you want/need something, they will get it for you. Food was top notch, absolutely delicious. The room was also amazing and I couldn't ask for a better view. We will most definitely be going back. A huge thank you to Carlos, he was the best!

Amazing resort
The resort is very well maintained. The staff is beyond amazing. Huge shoutout to Carlos Miranda, Jorge Becerra, Rocio, and everyone else that helped made our stay delightful. The food is great, drinks are amazing. Secure place and centrally located
