Great service at Market Cafe from Adian Benito& Marley. They were on our table with refills and little extras. At the pool and beach my now buddy Cristian & Daniel made my birthday unforgettable. We must stayed at the secrets side and our rooms looked incredible everything we returned from the town or the pool.

Since 1994- Mexico is our Second Home- Secrets Vallarta Bay "IS" home!
Our twice yearly trip to our second home Mexico was again, memorable and full of wonderful people who took such good care of us during our stay. Secrets Vallarta Bay to us, represents an organization that supports staff who care about their workplace and are happy to be part of a great team. We have been back to the PV Secrets for multiple years and are so pleased to see the same people take pride in the hotel and stay because they believe it is a solid place to work. My husband Craig and I Kathy, want to thank each and everyone who made our stay memorable. Besides the top notch high end food, drinks and ambience, the staff compliments all of it and makes our stay wonderful . We stay, and have for years in the "Preferred building" It has its own reception, Bar and bartender, daily breakfast, lunch and snacks. Our thanks is endless for all the staff for whom i will mention, but our whole experience is managed by our butler Carlos Miranda Franco as well as the other butler Jose Becerra. These men will and do anything you need, from dinner reservations to room needs and daily check-ins. we feel very spoilt and happy that these men take such good care of us.It is so wonderful. the others so worth mentioning that ork in this building our manager- Nirvana- thank you for you help!, Diego, Claudio and Ulisis- bartenders who make fabulous Americanos in the morning till that last cocktail while off to our room. Our room was serviced byrefugio who was always so plessant. The restaurant Oceana gave us lovelt meals overlooking Bandaras Bay. Thank you Fernando, Nicholas and Gilberto- breakfast, Eduardo, Cesar, Isaias, Octavio and chef Mario for dinners. At Capers- Italian thank you Eloy and Kevin. what a night!. At Bordeaux- French- thank you Alfonzo, Rosalio- the dream team! and chef Miguel. Our mornings as well were so well served in the buffet by Wendy, Melissa, Alan and Cesar. The carrot muffin was such a treat Wendy- thank you! The Ice cream bar was delicious by the famous Orlando and Jenny. I remember the pop up ice cream shop before too! Finally- our pool ' guys' Good friends that have served us and taken care of us and we have enjoyed their competency and service excellence for years- Alejandro, Emilio, Hugo. Jonathan, Alberto and Daniel. Thank you gentlemen for the fun. So here we are! We will be back in the new year to re- kindle our friendships, to show new pictures of grandkids, to appreciate our second home Mexico and specifically Secrets Vallarta Bay. Thank you for being part of our love of Mexico since 1994

Love the quaintness and the peacefulness of this place!
PV definitely feels like home away from home. The people here and the service that they give is truly the best. We stay in preferred with Nirvana and her amazing crew along with Carlos and several others. They are warm and so attentive to our needs. They make us feel just like family. Throughout the day , at the resort, including all the amazing hard-working people in the café including Cesar, Umberto and Wendy and many others we just love this place.

Great staff
This was my 5th different secrets resort and they are all fantastic. But my butler/concierge Carlos was extra special. He made me feel like I was his only guest. Always looking out for me, even on his day off I texted him and he had his partner Jose at the ready too.

Overall we love this place. Third time visiting secrets Vallarta bay. Five star service- specifically want to mention Alejandro at the pool who took care of us all week and on his day off made sure we were taken care of by Carlos who was also amazing. Thanks to the two butlers Jose and particularly Carlos for making everything seamless and ensured all our needs were looked after even on his day off. Chef Miguel and Alfonso (head waiter) at Bordeaux provided some epic meals we will never forget. Chef Angel at the sushi bar was amazing too. Thanks to Pablo at UVC for helping us get a better mattress so we could get good nights rest. Only reason the resort isn’t 5 star for us is the non-preferred rooms could use some renovations especially the beds.
