This is our families go to spot to in Puerto Vallarta. The resort is beautiful, entertianment and food options are plentiful but the thing that sets this resort apart is the amazing staff. They are incredibly kind and helpful. I really enjoyed all the pool staff and how accommodating they are. Loved the activity director as well, the pool workout hour was one of the funnest activities that we did at the resort. I would especially like to thank Maria Abal for her wonderful cleaning services. she was such am amazing part of the experience and we all really enjoyed her positive upbeat attitude. she really loves her job and enjoys going the extra mile for the guest. she is also an exceptional at folding towels, she made us a small dog shaped towel that our little cousin adored. Sheraton is the place to go for a great time in PV but the staff was world class and made the experience amazing. really hope to see all of them again the next time we go.

Nov 19, 2024Limited Food Options and Timeshare Sales
The hotel property is nice, but the food options are very limited. For instance, in the afternoon, the only dining choices are the buffet or pizza. I opted for the buffet, but the food was terrible—it was obvious it had been sitting out for hours. There was a station for made-to-order meat, but when I tried to order, the cook picked up a piece of meat covered in flies. When I requested a different piece, they just shook their head. The lobby also if full of people trying to sell you timeshares. Every time I would go through the lobby, I’d be followed by sales people trying to sell. Not a great relaxing vacation experience.

Another great stay and Staff at the Sheraton Buganvilias!
We have been to your resort many times always great. But I have to tell you about 2 people around the pool and the beach. In particular Marco and Isabel both spectacular, they made your Hotel and our trip over the top good! Thanks Marco & Isabel!

Great friendly staff. Need more dinner options.
Our experience at the buffet restaurant La Villita was excellent. The manager, Capitan Mario, does a fantastic job. Hostess Iris and also Pamela is wonderful. The food quality and variety was great. Waiters Orlando and Angel were attentive and helpful. The Italian and Seafood restaurants need to be open more. Good but often closed. The Embarcadero bar dinner menu is terrible and very limited. Pool waiters Gamma, Mariano and Isabel were excellent. Mariana and Jimena were excellent and fun on the entertainment team. We plan to go back again!

Sheratoons - Our Kids loved it.
This place has consistently stepped it up after each time we visit. This is our third time and it keeps getting better. This time we got to enjoy the Kids Clubs and its activities. Our Children enjoyed several of the activities and were super excited to attend them. Evelyn & Denisse were great, flexible and professional. Great Staff.
