Wonderful! Amazing and helpful staff, everyone was friendly and happy to help, always a smile on staff. We stayed in the villas which are fantastic for kids, and were upgraded to pool access on arrival. The breakfast buffet and restaurants cater for all dietary needs. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are super comfy. We have been to Fiji many times, first time at Sheraton Villas and we will be coming back again. Vinaka!

Very Friendly and Wonderful
Sheraton Resort and Spa is a Marriott hotel and did not disappoint. I was upgraded upon arrival and got an ocean front suite!! It was my birthday and when I got in the room, they had a bottle of champagne and a mini birthday cake. They have a wonderful gym and lap pool for adults. The also invited me to a free cocktail hour on the beach which was lovely. Can't say enough good things about the hospitality and quality of the hotel.

Quality Fiji time
What a great place, I will definitely come back as soon as possible. No review will be able to explain how good you will feel and how this is a must go so dont think twice. Thank you! The villas are huge and fully equiped to meet all the needs. Kaiaking in the morning, drinks during sunset, wet bar, delicious fresh food, breakfast with so many delicious options that everyday I had a different breakie! Tatavu restaurant have a whole vegan menu and also great range of seafood, meats and snacks. Good drinks too and live music night time. Massage at the spa was a highlight. The hotel itself have so many activities, pools and restaurants that you literally dont need to leave the hotel if you dont want. They even have corner stores where you can buy some things for your villa like drinks, fruits,… Now I need to mention all the beautiful, lovely and unforgettable staff that made our trip magic: Vini B, our first waitress when we arrived made us feel home straight away, Mama Sue, always organising the best drinks with the warmest Bula! Joeli, such a great guy, thank you! Meme C, Ruci, Sue R, Sala N and Akuila, we will never forget the songs and your kindness, we had so much fun 😊

What an absolutely perfect location for a well earned holiday. I stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with my son and his family while my daughter and her family stayed in another. I think that the other reviews express all the positives I also experienced. BUT I need to thank SURETI for the impact she made on me during my stay. All of us have our own stories to tell. Sureti - you have a golden soul. Though we crossed paths for only a few minutes you managed to teach me so much about approaching life with positivity. I think that I actually met a real angel that lives amongst us when I met you. Thank you!!

We booked a 2 bedroom seafront villa. However our view was not the best as it was blocked by the Wet Edge restaurant. I did request a ground floor villa as its easier with a one year old! Upper floor may have had better views. The staff were very kud friendly and helpful. Check in was a very slow process! I had booked half board via Booking.com but was told that ww had dinner only on one night! I was told to e mail my booking to reception staff to make the change. It was all good after I did that. Not sure why they were unaware. Villa was very clean and comfortable and the welcome gift of everything in bar fridge was a nice gesture! Thank you! Dinner at the main restaurant near reception was excellent. Downside is the heat. Not enough fans and the baby highchairs had no straps! We loved the daily entertainment. Fire dance was superb. Also the kids loved the guest participation dances! Thank you! I do wish there was a common tip box as we truly wanted to thank all staff! The beach itself is not great. Muddy water and sand. We did the Finding Nemo day trip which was good.
