AMAZING!!!!
My family and I have just finished up a 6 night stay here on our very first trip to Fiji and we could not fault this place! Amazing facilities, rooms, food, kids activities and the staff are amazing- they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and wanted and they were amazing with the kids. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely amazing from turning up to leaving, nothing was too much for all the amazing staff from Josefa Concierge. Sikeli Tatavu restaurant was an amazing human, who made our daughter feel like a princess. Fozia & Kasaya, Island six one nine restaurant for there great hospitality. And all the staff at kids club, who looked after, played, created. The Sheraton is a credit to all who work there, the food, ambience, cleanliness, dedication is a credit to you all, it was sad to leave, and you made Fiji very special.

Stay Elsewhere
I've stayed at this Sheraton in Villas twice before with the last time in 2014. Grossly disappointed with my third and final stay. It is in need of a major upgrade. The villa was dated, we had no air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom which we spoke to management about on numerous occasions, yet nothing was done - not even a visit. The television had limited channels with no Netflix etc. Another round of promises to fix it but no outcome. The food in each of the restaurants was sub par and very expensive for what we got. After all this it was explained to us that the Villas were to be upgraded in the near future so they basically didn't want to waste any effort in rectifying the problems we raised. Never returning

Wouldn't go back. Nowhere near 5 star
generally I was underwhelmed by the property and didn't think it offered value for money. 2 bed suite was a good size but furnishings were pretty basic. Cheap blinds in the bedrooms let the light in which woke us up - the last thing we wanted after getting minimal sleep on a long overnight flight Pools were ok and activities were quite fun eg kids rugby The shops in the hotel were actually good value eg we bought swimwear and rash guards at reasonable prices. Service was very friendly (as is customary in Fiji) but occasionally subpar ie waiters would forget parts of orders. One day at one do the pool restaurants one part of our order was cold - it had no doubt been left sitting waiting for someone to deliver it to the table. Buffet Breakfast was decent overall - but one part of the buffet was wet - puddles of water on the floor. I missed the yellow signs placed next to the puddles so slipped on the water- luckily didn't fall over. But then the next day the puddles were back - so it's an issue that just was left unfixed. Wifi was pathetic throughout the resort but especially in the bedroom. They provided a portable 4g device but that didn't work very well as it kept needing to be reset. It was clear that this is their standard solution when someone needs working wifi ie it isn't as if the internet was just temporarily down ( which would have been understandable). I find it unacceptable that a hotel would accept the status quo of non-working internet across its property in this day and age. Unfortunately I had to work during my stay so this was a major issue for me- appreciate not everyone will be as affected by this. Gym isn't in the resort but at the Westin (hotel under renovation) next door. Nice gym but quite far away, difficult to find and badly signposted
