  Luxury and relaxation

  The most luxurious and pampering environment I was so relaxed and rested. From the opulent lobby and shops to the swim up bar, it was beautiful, relaxing and friendly! Lovely rooms, great comfortable beds, beautiful food and many restaurants and bars.

  Amazing

  Great Hotel, everything was perfect! The service, the rooms, the food, the atmosphere the facilities. The hotel is spotless and the staff are really friendly, they go out of the way to make sure you are having a great time. There is a good choice of pools to swim in and lots of different activities available throughout the day.

  Amazing service and support from Sheraton Fiji team

  I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the Sheraton Fiji team during my recent stay. After my luggage was delayed and damaged upon arrival at the hotel, I faced significant challenges with the airline responsible. Despite my efforts to follow up, I encountered repeated delays and had to explain the incident multiple times without any resolution for two days. Thankfully, the Sheraton Fiji team, particularly Yashmin and Diana, went above and beyond to assist me. Yashmin’s initiative in escalating the matter was instrumental in ensuring that I received a replacement bag the night before my departure. Without their dedication and personal assistance, it’s highly likely that I wouldn’t have received my luggage in time for my flight. I am truly impressed by the team’s commitment to ensuring a pleasant and stress-free stay for their guests. Their professionalism, empathy, and willingness to go the extra mile made a challenging situation much more manageable. Thank you once again for the amazing support and hospitality. I look forward to staying at Sheraton Fiji again on my next visit.

  Amazing trip!

  Fantastic time! My first visit to Fiji ever. The hotel was amazing. Beautiful views, comfy beds, friendly and efficient staff, very clean and accommodating. Not a huge fan of food in buffet restaurant but that's my issue, so not a complaint by any means. We found dining at the little patisserie or down at the harbor an alternative that suited us! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable! We had the pleasure of being personally welcomed by lovely Joe! Such an amazing chap! We were so grateful for his attention to detail and making as welcome in our first day and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay! One of my best holidays!!
