Stay somewhere else in Denarau
Staff were amazing Breakfast was very good Pool tired and scum around the edges. Stepped on something in the pool and realised it was a glass tile from the pool edge. The main issue was the room. We paid FJD $2100 for 2 nights and the room was well below average. Furnishings in the room were good but…..Mould in the tiles in shower, single glazed windows that had some sort of tape around the edge. We could not see through the windows due to the condensation on the outside. Where the coffee machine in the room was the cord could not reach the outlet. When I moved it so it could reach the outlet didn’t work. Golf cart reverse beeper would go outside our door all hours of the day and night. I went past a room that was getting made up and the rollaway bed they were putting into the room was heavily stained.

Needs renovation
We stayed in an ocean front room the room was modern and air-conditioning was fabulous. House keeping was of high standard when they actually turned up. We requested they clean our room every morning even Managment confirmed they will clean the room every morning and the reception staff confirmed and the house keeping team also confirmed however each day we had to call or walk all the way to reception asking if they can please clean our room and provide towels it took so much time back and forth out of our stay. The pools all were in desperate need of renovation. The buffet was nowhere near as good as it used to be unfortunately. They make you Hand over a card and you must hand back your pool towel by the evening to receive a used card by other tourists otherwise you get charged and have to do the same process each day this process was so unpleasant and unhygienic. I have stayed a many Sheraton and Marriott properties globally and never experienced this at other 5 Star properties it’s common to use as many pool towels as you need and return them not have to write your room number and surname into a dirty booklet that everyone else sees and hand over a towel card that goes into a pit of filthy cards that you then have to retrieve from on returning your towel disgusting.

A great resort hotel, wonderful staff
We’ve just returned from a week here and had an amazing time, although it was a contrasting week. The first few days we felt extremely pampered by the staff and very relaxed. For the latter half of the week the hotel was lots busier as it was the school holidays and lots of families arrived, which meant the restaurants were crowded, the pools were busy and the staff didn’t have time to sing to people who were leaving or had a birthday, which they did initially and we thought it was very moving. That said I would recommend this hotel but don’t go during school holidays if you’re looking for a more relaxed holiday.

Resort
The Sheraton resort was so beautiful, the people were so kind and helpful especially the man at the front whose name is Apolosi, he welcomed us with open arms and made our trip 10/10 - he was amazing!!! The staff provided exceptional customer service. This resort was like a home away from home, we absolutely adored our time here and we definitely suggest coming here.

Resort
Me and my friends absolutely loved this hotel !!! We been to many resorts in Fiji and this was by far our favourite. One person who stand out was Apolosi. He always looked after us and ensured that we had a good time. Ask for apolosi when you go. He had an amazing smile, great heart, and lovely personality. All staff was amazing however Apolosi really stand out
