  Nice resort with extremely bad breakfast.

  Very welcoming and extremely friendly staff. Nice rooms and gardens. But f & b is weak and not in line with the rest of the hotel. On our late arrival we ordered roomservice. One dish was a filet mignon. It was not a filet mignon but a sirloin who was not tender but was perfectly cooked. The Cesar dressing was sweet! The next morning we had buffet breakfast in a not air conditioned crowded restaurant with a lot of flies. The choice and quality are poor and not reflecting the rest of the resort services. Extremely poor and cheap products are used. Orange juice is like a colored sirup. Bread and pastries taste old and seems to be backen the evening before. The buffet itself looks messy as they not take care of the buffet when refilling. Was expecting a lot reading the reviews. I have worked my all career in the hospitality and know unfortunately what kis what.

  A Dream Engagement at Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort

  Our stay at Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort was nothing short of magical. This resort will always hold a special place in our hearts because it’s where we got engaged! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest Fijian hospitality, and every experience exceeded our expectations. We were in room 1625. A huge vinaka vakalevu to Christine, Ellie & her incredible team for organizing the most unforgettable Valentine’s dinner—the night we got engaged! Every detail was perfect, and when we returned to our room, we were surprised with complimentary Valentine's macarons and a bottle of champagne, making the night even more special. Special mentions to: • Milla at 169 restaurant, who made us the best omelets every morning with a bright smile—starting our days off perfectly. • Adi, our wonderful waitress at the cabana for Valentine’s dinner, who provided impeccable service. • Susanah, our talented mixologist that evening, who made the most incredible cocktails. • Esther at the front desk, who was always so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. • Moses, our driver from the airport, who kindly stopped at the supermarket so we could grab some snacks after our late flight—such a thoughtful touch. • Diana aka Princess Diana, who welcomed us at the front desk with a big smile and champagne on arrival—what a way to start our trip! • Jone, our amazing waiter at Tatavu on our first night—along with the entire Tatavu team—who made our dining experience every night at the resort absolutely wonderful. • Anaseri and the entire 169 team, who made every breakfast feel special with their attention to detail and warm Fijian hospitality. Their farewell song on our last day was breathtaking—it was like listening to angels sing. Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort isn’t just a resort; it’s a place filled with warmth, kindness, and unforgettable memories. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home while delivering five-star experiences, look no further. We can’t wait to return!   We'll be back again!

  We had an amazing stay as usual! This time I was slightly nervous before heading over as I read some reviews that had me worried in particular about check in and transfers, but nothing was an issue. We booked the MyBula package and I wasn't sure how the transfers would work, I got a call the week before leaving to confirm which was great. There were so many reviews about how much taken from card etc at check in, but given we had a room credit they only took a smaller amount which I was super happy about and knew we'd spend that! It was our first time using the kids club (6 & 2 year old) and they loved it. With our boy being 2, he needed a nanny while at kids club and it was really cheap $30FJD for 3 hours - would highly recommend it - Esther was amazing! We enjoyed dinners/lunches - Tatavu Grill was definitely our favourite, great lite lunch options and excellent for a special dinner on the beach. The porters were also amazing, (Moses was great with my boy) my kids enjoyed a ride in the golf carts and they let them go on it every now and then, they also took us to the water park and golf course when we needed it. We will definitely be back again and would highly recommend the MyBula package it was well worth it, glad I relied on my own experience and not get too caught up in other reviews ❤️

  avoid the Sheraton and its dirty pool which can make you and your children ill

  Everything was charged at an extortionate rate, we never had clean sheets the entire stay, beds were made up and not cleaned, i had to ask for water and extra towels one morning as none were provided. Biggest bug bare was a one thousand dollar bond was removed from my husbands account when we arrived on the 28th January and has still not been refunded. All water sports were super expensive with a jet ski 1hr hire at around £300 pounds.One dinner in the hotel for 4 adults and 3 children ages 4, 3 and 11 months was £359. Good job if you can afford this but having been eaten alive with mosquitoes and having an accident on a wet floor with no signage up and hurting my back we will not be back.

  Luxury and relaxation

  The most luxurious and pampering environment I was so relaxed and rested. From the opulent lobby and shops to the swim up bar, it was beautiful, relaxing and friendly! Lovely rooms, great comfortable beds, beautiful food and many restaurants and bars.
