    Beautiful hotel and great location!

    We stopped in to see the hotel before our Anniversary stay in March. We spoke with Hector at the front desk who was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. We are looking forward to our stay in March. We stopped at the bar and had delicious drinks. Thank you!! Diane & Howard

    Close enough to Old San Juan and far enough from the crowds

    We had a great experience at the hotel. Went there for the SanSe 2025 Festival. Even though the hotel was packed, the personnel still managed to treat you very nicely. The security guard at the entrance was there early in the morning and he will give you the first smile and at 11 pm he was still there with the same smile and even managed to make you smile with a joke… The rooms were clean, very comfortable bed and ample bathroom, although I would recommend adding more counter space…

    Amazing weekend stay at Hotel Rumbao

    We had the most wonderful weekend at Hotel Rumbao in Old San Juan! From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel has been recently renovated, and it shows! The rooms are stylish, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from all the fun, including restaurants, shops, and the vibrant culture of Old San Juan. Our family felt right at home, and we appreciated how accommodating the staff was to our needs. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay in Old San Juan with a mix of history, luxury, and top-notch service, Hotel Rumbao is it! We can’t wait to return!

    Short Stay Before Cruise

    Nice hotel. Great location, short walk to everywhere in Old San Juan. Pool is small but it’s nice. It’s on the roof with a great view of the cruise port.. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant service was ok. Better options throughout Old San Juan

    We had a great time with good food. Drinks and a beautiful place and view.

    Excellent service. Kind personnel. Great food, Drinks and location. Great view. The hotel was very clean. The second floor was great. Special view to ocean. The cruises and yatchs. Located In the old San Juan near many places. The general manager was very professional and provide a great service.
