    Canceled reservation

    Arrived at hotel to find out we were moved to another hotel with a lame excuse. We made the reservation over a year ago had confirmation numbers . I feel they overbooked there were 40 people moved to another hotel and they had already charged our credit card for the stay .Extremely Frustrating 😡😡😡😡😡

    Beautiful old world/modern hotel.

    This is a great hotel. Very near sightseeing and nightlife in Old San Juan. It has a lot of character, very attractive, modern amenities, great staff. And it's also beautiful. This hotel has an old world feel but modern conveniences. I recommend it!

    Irresponsible and Unresponsive

    Less than two days before check in, they wrote me an email with dubious excuse that tells me the reservation will be bounced to a completely different hotel near the airport. Multiple attempts to call and email got me no answers. I was supposed to check in to that other hotel without giving me any reservation information, just the address, and then return the next morning to Rumbao for breakfast! Do they just really want me to cancel and wash their hands off!?

    Best location in Old San Juan

    Our flight back home got cancelled after our cruise and we chose this hotel. What a beautiful, stunning, boutique hotel this is, right in the heart of Old San Juan. Everything is in walking distance. Hotel is immaculate, staff is welcoming and friendly. Our lunch and breakfast was also included. Planning to come back here for a visit. Loved it.

    Great hotel, perfect for a pre cruise stay.

    We stayed here for 3 nights before a cruise. I specifically picked this hote for its proximity to the port. My stepmom has mobility issues and being close to port made everything so much better. The hotel was great, and most of the staff were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and our room was pretty quiet, ver little outside noise could he heard. The Kueros restaurant on the 2nd floor was really good. I definitely recommend the corn ribs. We had a waitress in Kueros who was delightful. She was very attentive and friendly. One of the staff in Kueros was a little sluggish and seemed like he was bored with serving. The staff in the market was great, and the crab wonton tacos are amazing! Will definitely stay here again!
