Wendy, in housekeeping not only made up our room but made our stay so welcoming!
Wendy, in housekeeping is by far one of the most cheerful, kind and friendliest people we have met at a Marriott hotel/vacation club. She greeted us everytime she saw us and was so dang cheerful, and attentive each time she saw us! Wendy, thanks for being so warm and friendly. Mele Kalikimaka and mahalo nui! A Hui Hou 🤙🏼

Very good!
Great view from the ocean front room. Very nice location. House keeping was very friendly and did a great job, especially Mr Roger. Overall very good! Three rooms are nice. The amenities are good too. Will recommend to friendly and family to stay here

Wonderful stay and service
We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Sheraton Waikīkī. The hotel’s facilities, stunning views, and overall ambiance made my trip truly memorable. A special mention goes to Roger from the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond to ensure my room was always clean and well-prepared. His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm attitude were remarkable and greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire Sheraton Waikīkī team for a fantastic experience.

Nice hotel with shockingly poor WiFi
We had a 20th floor ocean view, 2 queen beds. Room was fine. Pretty small for a family of 4 (kids aged 5 and 3), but no big deal. The view was awesome. The pool setup was really good. Nice pools for the kids, and a slide, which my 5 year old thoroughly enjoyed. I think it’s likely amongst the best family pools in the Waikīkī strip. Restaurants were fine. Breakfast was nicely situated. Didn’t love that they changed the rules on young kids eating free. It used to be that 5 and under had free breakfast, but now they pay and it’s not particularly cheap. For example, one pancake (about 6 inch diameter) from the kids menu was $20. Location was fantastic with perfect beach access. Service generally good. Everyone seems happy to be there, which made for pleasant interactions. One big annoyance: Phone signal isn’t very good at the hotel, and the WiFi has to be the worst WiFi I have ever experienced at any hotel. I don’t need to be “on my phone” as such, but it’s very irritating when trying to organize family outings, make reservations, etc. The WiFi is so, so bad. Overall, this is a nice hotel on the Waikīkī strip, and we’d be happy to stay again.

A disappointing start to our honeymoon
We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, hoping for a special and memorable stay. Unfortunately our experience got off to a bad start. Upon checking in, I noticed a dried pee stain on the toilet seat, which was incredibly off-putting. To make matters worse, when I checked the bed, most of the pillows were dirty. I immediately called the front desk, and while they promptly sent housekeepers to clean up the mess, it doesn't change the fact that this kind of situation should never happen - especially at a hotel where guests expect cleanliness and comfort...
