This hotel is amazing. The staff and management are the best as they all work as a team. This contributes to the efficiency and friendly atmosphere that is achieved every day. The food is wonderful. A different theme every day and evening. Great choices but not too much so it's not overwhelming. You are totally looked after in every way. The beach is well maintained especially as they have had the challenge of hurricane Beryl. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amazing hotel in a great location
An amazing hotel in a fantastic location. It was our first time in Barbados and we will definitely be returning. All of the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean, food great and the afternoon tea was an added bonus. Can't wait to return!

Simply The Best
The Hotel has an excellent Caribbean vibe the minute you are first greeted. The Staff immediately make you feel very welcome and very special. Our room was faultless as was the food in every restaurant, and the evening entertainment was by far the best we have experienced in any hotel on the Island that we have stayed in before. The drinks inc. beers wines soft drinks etc. are also faultless.......we shall certainly be returning, Many Many Thanks for making our stay so exceptional.

Relax and feel lost in paradise
Sugar bay well what can I say.. it's paradise in paradise, the staff are amazing, fabulous food in the buffet restaurant and sizzle is beautiful. The rooms are amazing and it's been the best holiday location I have ever been to. We had the best time and can't wait to go back. If you want some time to relax and get away from everything then sugar bay is the place to go.
