    14th trip very disappointing from management and premier!

    this is the first bad review I have left in 14 trips and the bad thing is it's not about the staff, playmakers, restaurants, music, food or anything else that was all great per the usual. The problem is we are beneficiaries on a member's contract that is the penthouse down and they said they sent out emails to the owner of the contract and to us as well. No email was ever received by the owner or to use. We came to the resort for an 18 day stay that was 7500 dollars for our stay and when we checked in, we were told that they have changed the rule that beneficiaries were no longer able to have a butler, now mind you the previous 13 trips no problem. We only use our butler for dinner reservations not a hard task, but I have had butler and did not even know how to make a reservation without one. When I asked Jimmy the general manager about it and I was told by Jimmy " you can upgrade your room to the penthouse or the master suite or add the playful experience to your stay and you would get one then" So, the wife and I go 3 to 4 times a year and spend around 15000 dollars a year at this resort and I was told spend more and you can have a butler. What an unfeeling response to a loyal guest, so I am doing something I thought I would never do which is leave a one-star review and the only reason I am leaving this is for Jimmy's comment to me. Or I could have upgraded to be a member but why would I want to do that after they did not care about me as a beneficiary that spends as much as I do in their resort? Not a way to get me to be a member for sure. I think upper management and premier need to be reminded that we go to this resort as much as we do for the experience and the atmosphere and the staff, NOT for anyone in Management. Since I don't want any of our favorite staff to be in this review and the blame land on where it needs to be Jimmy and premier! I will say all of the staff, waitstaff, playmakers, housekeepers, restaurant staff, and pool butlers and butlers(even though we did not get to use one) were excellent as usual!

    Another great trip

    Got to spend 4 days in the beginning of Dec after taking about a year off. It was just as much fun as the first time we went. Been going for about 7 years and there are still waiters and bartenders that remembered my drinks for breakfast and at the premier bar. Only real complaint is the hot tubs in the Sky Bar, one was cold and the other almost too hot to sit in even when a bit chilly. Seems like that would be something they could control better. Music was great, the shows at bash were a blast. We'll be back for sure.

    Treat yourself, you deserve it!

    Welcomed the new year with a visit to temptation! A much needed break, and the reset I needed to jumpstart the year. I found plenty of activities to partake in and was on total vacation mode. One notable moment from memory was meeting the playmaker Sam. You’ll rarely, if ever, see me dancing but she charmed me with her dazzling personality and beauty. Before I knew it she had convinced me to go on stage and get down! Give that girl a raise! Anyway, see you all again soon. 😘😘

    Members are forgotten

    My wife & I go here 3 to 4 times a year. I told and messaged my butler Yammy to tell her our air conditioner wasn’t working we were there for 14 days and nothing was done. Reservations were made at the wrong restaurants but we had our texts to show she confirmed the one we asked for and then booked a different one. The play makers are all great and made our days good at the pool. It seems premier members get no response. We will likely not be going 4 times this year. Time to find a new place I believe. We’ve always tipped well in the past. Think twice before going

    Best time ever, fun, excitement, relaxation, good food and drinks!

    Always the best time. I adore my favorite waiter Kevin at the Buffet. Every morning for breakfast he meets us with a smile and remembers our favorite Mimosas....everything we visit and this was our 4th time and Darius at Romanza is exceptional
