This hotel could have had so much going for it, but unfortunately it was just a huge miss. Every interaction we had, had some issue. There were multiple times where we ordered drinks that never arrived (wine at the restaurant and coffee from the bakery). often it seems like the workers were in charge of too many areas at once so bars and places to order food were just empty. There were also posters hanging up all over for spa specials. The front desk seemed to have no clue what we were talking about and the spa never seemed to be staffed, after going 3-4 times when we were told someone would be there, we were told there was just one time slot available for the weekend. Lastly, there are not nearly enough lounge chairs by the pool area (less than 20) they all filled up by 8:15 each morning and you had to guard them closely. Overall, I do not think this hotel was at all worth the money we paid. It was my least favorite stay in the caribbean so far

This is a lovely hotel and one I hope to revisit. As a solo traveller I have enjoyed a week staying here and found the staff friendly and welcoming. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. I upgraded to the American breakfast- very good range of choices- especially appreciated the tasty omelettes created by Marcellous. Good vegetarian choices and loved the coffee. I visited Julia’s restaurant for most evening meals- very good service and meals! Recommend using the Concierge for booking day trips etcetera - I especially really enjoyed a carriage ride through the treetops of a rain forest. The location is good - beautiful views of the harbour and a great place to sit and watch the sunset, bird life and nature. There is an area outside under an awning with sofas and a chess set in the shade. The only suggestion I have is to consider whether additional umbrellas or shade shelters could be provided along by the pool bar as those umbrellas provided were always taken by pool users very early in the day and this appears common at hotels around the world. As someone treated for skin cancer 5 years ago I’m always covered in factor 50 sunscreen but do like to sit outside under shade. The Swiss bakery was a delight!! Hotel is 30 minutes walk to reduit beach although I believe it’s possible to get a taxi- I enjoyed a slower walk back when it was hotter. A big thank you to all staff at the hotel for a fabulous holiday on your beautiful island!!!

A PURE PARADISE NEAR CIVILAZATION
The Harbor Club is the best hotel on the island it's also one of the best in the caribbean based on location beauty and service The staff starting at the front desk with Ashnelle, John the greeter, to the restaurant and bar with Gavanie, Chantel, Troy, Kelvin, Ty, and everyone else involved it's "the place to be"

A return to Rodney Bay after quite a number of years. The hotel is very well appointed and the staff are a credit to the Company. Provision of the water taxi service to Reduit Beach is no longer available but taxis can be called at short notice. Rooms overlooking the pools and out to the Marina are well serviced and water replenished on a daily basis. The coffee shop serving Lavazza coffee and Pizza kitchen are an added bonus to everyone's stay. I have to make mention of some staff in particular who added joy, laughter, smiles to our day. Josh in the restaurant who worked hard to meet our demands at breakfast. Troy A in the bar who was determined to add smiles and laughter to everything he did for us. Finally Shane on reception, who was a joy and sorted out any problems we had or didn't have!! Someone with great potential-we will remember his kindness.

Best place in St Lucia !
How to describe these 12 days I spent here? The best service I could have in terms of staff—each and every one of them worthy of a palace in Paris. The treatment is impeccable. The environment is exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and everyone is so attentive that you find yourself smiling 24 hours a day. The location is perfect for taking a boat, as it is right next to the marina and very close to two incredible beaches, such as Python, as well as wonderful restaurants and everything you could wish for. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options and an excellent breakfast. What more can I say? The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. I would like to express my gratitude for Mallan’s smile or Princess, who took care of our room with so much love and attention, and also to every single person in the hotel. I may not know all their names, but I wouldn’t be able to say which one was the most generous, kind, and amazing. Without a shadow of a doubt, a place to recommend for rest and a fantastic holiday.
