Fantist trip. I want to go back ASAP. I would love to live there!
Excellent trip. I loved our room was right on the beach. You could go to sleep hearing the waves. Room was ok, not luxury, but totally adequate for our stay. Restaurant on site had great food, fantastic drinks right on the beach and adjacent to the pool. Nightly entertainment was great. Wonderful friendly staff.

A complete WASTE!!!
Had a wedding at this location.. run and run fast. Service checked out a long time ago because mgmt wont recognise efforts. Owner struggles with staff, daily. The "fire show" is a bunch of old washed up ravers who obviously moved to the island. Rooms are, maybe, 1990 acceptable.

Great little hotel
If you are looking for a nice place to get away, I would recommend the Palms. A great little resort with excellent service and food. The staff goes out of their way to help you. Right on the beach they have a great restaurant on site as well. The food and drinks were wonderful.

Needs updating
We had booked to stay 5 nights. Unfortunately we had to check out and relocate after 2. Let me start by saying staff was wonderful, I actually feel the owner is setting them up to fail. Food and drinks and service around that was great. That’s why 2 stars. Property is neglected and run down. Half path way lights are broken and outside lights around rooms don’t work. We got two rooms both with wonderful views. Rooms were outdated and dingy. Parts of ceiling were chipping and falling off. WiFi spotty at best, TV’s never worked ( not giant deal not here to watch TV. Daughters room shower didn’t work or barely. Final straw was we had food that wasn’t open and a banana on our table in our unit, when we woke up something had eaten part of banana and chewed into bags of chips and other snacks. No idea what it was but that was enough. Staff was incredibly apologetic and offered to move us we declined and moved to another property. Again staff couldn’t have been nicer and welcoming. I hope ownership invests so these great employees have a chance for success

Peaceful Vacation!!
My Husband & I returned from The Palms just this week...(really bummed about that!!) We stayed in the Bungalow 43B. It was very peaceful...steps to the beach! Always seemed like we were the only ones staying there.....pool mostly to ourselves & most of the time, no one on the beach when I was there! The room was large!! King size bed, little refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Dining room table & chairs. Large closet with safe (never used) & an iron. We went & bought ourselves a broom & pan (to wash feet off) to keep sand out as much as possible! We ate in the restaurant the 1st night. Food was GREAT...service a little slow, but just like home, we witnessed staffing issues! The staff we all saw were working their butts off & VERY kind!! The manager was going table to table checking on the guests! The next night the service was slower...BUT, there were a lot more people there to eat! (there was live music) I was able to do my laundry before we flew home...very convenient!! We would definitely recommend this place to our friends!
