    Amazing holidays

    We loved the hotel and the treatment. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We really appreciated the professionalism of Anel and Israel, as well as the blonde girl on the rooftop and the older waiter who served us the first day during lunch at Cachito.

    Go see Francisco!

    Francisco is very friendly and provided great service. The shrimp tostadas were very good. I wish Francisco would always be my server. The breeze is very nice on the rooftop! Francisco has a great smile. Give Francisco a raise! Woo hoo!!!!!!

    Great location with a great staff always eager to assist. The fact that it's adults only was a huge plus.

    My husband and I recently went on a 10 day Mexico excursion for our 17th anniversary. This was the 2nd stop. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. It was clean and BEAUTIFUL! We had a grand master suite and it was huge, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was efficient and helpful, and some smiled. The rooftop bar looks amazing and the staff up there is definitely on top of their jobs. The location of this resort is perfect, we walked everywhere!! We loved it so much, we're going back in June!! Next time we will try a beach club, we loved the rooftop so much, we didn't go to the beach . The reason I titled the review Instagram clicks is because of the rooftop area, it makes for great pics for you g people.

    Better than I could have ever imagined

    We stayed here on a Anniversary trip, where we visited three different resorts. We did not want to stay here, but by the time we got to the other resort, we wished we were here! I can't say enough of how this place exceeded my expectations! Just wow, from when we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and offered a drink. We upgraded to the Grand master suite, if you can do it, DO IT!!! Our favorite hotel room we have had was this one. You can choose if you want All inclusive day by day, either choice is great! The hotels restaurants were all very tasty, and you walk out the door, you are surrounded by every food genre ever within a block or less to get to. Right off the main strip, where even if you don't want to eat out, still go walking and take in the lovely nightlife energy that is in the air. It was so much fun just walking to no where. The all inclusive was very worth it to me, even though we only did one day. We loved every thing we ate, and they had Hennessey on AI!!!! The rooftop pool was cracking! The DJ music was not as loud as I thought it would be( Maybe they listen to all the complaints), if it were though, there are other sections of the rooftop to relax where the music definitely would not be that loud for you. Leandro and Annalle took good care of us! The drinks were not watered down, they were right! I got low key drunk up there! We liked it so much we are planning to go back in June! My new favorite resort in the Playa area, don't miss this one!

    Hotel Spring Break Policy - The hotel will not accept any student groups. Student groups are considered young kids between 16-22 years old. Valid for stays 11/01/2022 onwards. 

    Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

    General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.  Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.  Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

    Spring Break Policies-The hotel will not accept any student groups. Student groups are considered young kids between 16-22 years old.
