Our conciere arranged reservations at the Blue Agave Mexican Resturant. We were treated like royalty everone was great. Vitrudes our server and Santos are who to ask for. They offer excellent customer service and the food is delisioso!!!!

Cannot say enough Praise for this Resort. from the front Sales office ,Restaurants,Pool Staff, House Keeping. They cannot do enough for you! We went in January 2024 and November 2024 will be planning to go back Early Summer 2025

Personal assistance - Yinesca Ramirez
We stayed at the Presidential Suite in mid November 2024 for my niece’s wedding. Our personal assistant Yinesca Ramirez was excellent. She catered to all our needs and helped my 87 years old mother like it was her our grandma. Her help made our experience in Punta Cana one to remember.

Great services with our Advisor;
It as very good decision to have a vacation in Paradisus Palma Real. We got so relaxed and planned well inside the hotel with our great adviser Eriol. He plan everything for us and we had good surprises when we back to room. It was special. Thanks for him🙏. We. Are very excited to go back again.

Beautiful setting for a wedding!
We had an incredible time at this hotel. We were here for a friend’s wedding and they took such good care of all the wedding guests. It was also my first time at an all inclusive and it exceeded expectations. Just a heads up to book the restaurants for dinner beforehand if you don’t fancy the buffet every night! Special shout out to Carlos and Wily on the front desk who were so helpful with every query we had!
