Feb 21, 2025Honest and True Resort Good Location & Clean
Before I start this review first and foremost, if there are any one star or two star reviews of this place, don’t even read them it’s people that are just annoyed or something really went wrong with their personal situation at the resort to give this a one or two star it just isn’t a one or two star resort it actually is a very very nice place but I wouldn’t call it a five star either. Grounds First and foremost, I’ll start out with the area and my first impression. It is a very very clean resort everything was tidy never saw any garbage anywhere. The rooms were nice. They say they were recently renovated. I’m not sure if mine was, I was in the adult only section with Garden view, which is basically their lowest level. But I have to say there were some children in our section because the other side was overloaded apparently. I did meet some people that had a swim up pool on the other side and did go into their room and it was definitely updated nicer than mine and it was beautiful. Lots of pools lots of areas to swim never had a hard time finding a chair on the beach or around any of the pools. Food Before I start with the food, I have to say the reservation system needs to be updated. They need an app. It has to be a lot simpler than it is. You have to wait in line in the morning and you can only book 2 days out. I did get three days out one time, but for the most part it was two days. I did go to the winery which you didn’t need to make a reservation and it was actually excellent. Had to order at least one bottle of wine, but they would go to any of the other restaurants and get you food. Plus they had a nice charcuterie board and some steaks. The main buffet had a pretty good selection food called food quality I would say was average at best, but it definitely wasn’t awful. The finalize I’d have to say this was a very nice resort all in all but if you rate it out of five you definitely can’t give this a five star. I would call it a four if we’re doing decimal places I’d probably get a 4.1 maybe even a 4.2 but I think there’s better choices out there I probably wouldn’t return to this resort and not for any particular reason but I’d probably try something different If I came again it didn’t WOW me to the effect of. I’ve got to come back here, but all if you do go nothing negative majorly and it is an enjoyable and very good size. Clean resort.

Makati on the beach was Awesome!! One of the BEST servers!! He always checked on us and made sure our stay was flawless. Our cups were always full and the drinks were cold. Every morning Makati helped us with getting beach towels and set them on our chairs. When he said he would be back to check on us, he was! He made our stay so enjoyable!

The beach experience is simply amazing! We were lucky to have Raphael as our server! He was kind and attentive! 10/10. The beach is nice and quiet. If I could have been on the beach everyday I would have. The DR is a beautiful place with nice people!

Amazing Family Experience
We had a great experience at the resort and especially wanted to highlight the amazing time our 5 year old son had - the service and care he received at the Kids Club was fantastic. There were a variety of activities for kids of all ages throughout the day, it was very well organized and most importantly a lot of fun for our son.

Amazing
LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! This has to be one of the most amazing resorts in Punta Cana. The food amazing, the rooms amazing , the concierge wonderful. Ariel our concierge did not disappoint he is Excellent. Hansel amazing service. This has to be one of the best experience I’ve had!!!
