Nov 16, 2024Amazing relaxation weekend and a VIP experience dinner
We went here for my wife’s birthday in November when it was off peak season. My gosh, what an amazing experience. We only stayed just for the weekend and had an amazing experience, not only in the spa with Mili who made us feel right at home. She helped us also prepare for our visit even before we step foot in the hotel itself. Like I said, we only spent a day and a half and came in Friday evening and left on Sunday morning, however our experience was not that we wish to come back to this hotel again in the future with our kids. my wife has been to many spas in America and also all around the world and stated that this is by far the best spa experience that she’s ever had. Yenny her valet made her feel like a queen and pampered her the entire time. Ariana and Carmen our amazing therapist who took us through the couples escape package for a massage and facial. we never felt so relaxed before in our lives. It is the first time we properly actually enjoyed a spa experience to this extent. I almost forgot to mention that the breakfast buffet is amazing. We had fresh juices as well as fresh waffles made from scratch. My wife wanted a hazelnut latte and I don’t even know where they went to get the hazelnut but they did. They go above and beyond to make your experience worthwhile. Now The best part was a dinner that we had at The Club Grill. There we were met by Williams, the manager, who took us to our table where we ended up being the only table in the entire restaurant. We immediately felt like royalty as we were greeted by waiters that came in pears, not only to deliver our food, but also to take our empty plates away. This was the most VIP experience dinner that I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been to many 5 star restaurants in the US, and this is by far the best experience that we’ve had. They also surprised us with a chocolate soufflé dessert and live music played happy birthday theme in the background as they delivered the dessert. Our team of servants included Luis Miguel, Jorge, Eduardo, Alfredo, as well as Leonardo. They all did an amazing job. This is by far the most Vip experience that I’ve had as far as a dinner is concerned. Give them all a raise. Once again, we wish to return to Cancun for a weekend getaway, as this is simply the best way to ever relax away from the United States and the craziness that we have to deal with on a daily basis.

Amazing beach views behind the hotel, room so big and cleaned. good buffet breakfast and fresh tacos. Hotel staff are friendly and polite. You will get welcome drinks when you check in and you can walk to the big mall, take about 30-45 minutes walk

Elegant Cancun Destination
Incredible resort! The Kempinski is very elegant! The marble floors and beautiful artwork throughout the lobby gives a very European feel. Their beachfront is pristine! They also have very comfortable beds in their spacious guest rooms. And, the food at all of the restaurants is excellent!

Third stay at Kempinski
This is our third visit to Kempinski from California. It is a classic, beautiful hotel with excellent service and staff. The beach is gorgeous. The rooms are clean and first class. We stayed on the club floor that presents great food and drinks with amazing staff. We highly recommend it. Yours RG

This hotel is located on the beach and is lovely. The rooms are spacious and the amenities in the room are numerous. From my balcony, I can see the pool and a good part of the ocean. The pool water is perfect and the grounds are very well maintained. The staff at the hotel as professional, helpful and accommodating. When you have a need, you can expect it to be taken care of within minutes. Super responsive.! Margarita who cleaned my room was amazing. Everything is perfect. Margarita has a great eye for attention to detail. The beds and pillows are comfortable so you can expect a good night sleep. The airconditioning unit in my room works very well. The staff on the beach check on guests frequently so if you need something, a staff member is only a few feet away. I ordered fish tacos and it was delivered within 10 minutes. The only negative was that the "fish tacos" contained very little fish and more veggies. I also had the opportunity to eat in one of their restaurants and, while the food was good, the service was amazing. Again, great attention to detail. I am looking forward to returning to this property.
