Enjoy the best fine dining in La Fortuna, Arenal in our incredible restaurant Las Ventanas where the only thing better than the view is the food. Be careful to avoid the window seats if you are afraid of heights because the windows are angled out to allow you to look almost straight down a thousand feet to the river below! At night the distant mountains twinkle with the lights of cities thirty miles away. Be sure to dine here at least once during the day and once during the evening to capture the complete experience.

Our gourmet buffet restaurant would be appropriately described as a “Tasting” experience. Here you will sample to your heart’s content a complete salad bar with our signature dressings, hot and cold soups of the day, assorted fresh baked breads, and a selection of hot entrée items of which a few will be specially prepared for you right at the buffet. The menu changes daily and may tend toward Italian one day to Asian the next. Our dessert bar offers small bite size portions to minimize your guilt while sampling them all and, of course, maybe returning for an extra piece of your favorite. Fresh fruit juices, tea and coffee are included. Even though it is a buffet you will have a waiter attending to your every need. We like to refer to it as a “Full Service Gourmet Buffet”.

We had the best time at The Springs. We enjoyed the hotel tremendously - the springs, Club Rio, the rooms - all great. The staff were all friendly and nice but Bayron was incredibly kind and welcoming. He really made our arrival and departure special, which cemented memories of a really great stay and vacation. Bayron - thanks!!

Pura vida!
Amazing property. Felt like we were in Jurassic Park! Tons of activities on site and nearby. There are probably 20 different types of warm springs hot tubs/pools onsite. The monkey slide is very fun! Food options are enough to feed your family as all three menus available at each restaurant (including pool bar). So if kids want pizza and tenders while you want sushi and tacos, you can get that without leaving the pool. Pura vida!

Perfection at the Springs Resort & Spa!
We absolutely loved every moment spent at the Springs Resort & Spa. Every single member of the staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful with every interaction, especially Bayron! The location, view, springs, food, cleanliness was all absolute perfection.

Perfect stay in Costa Rica
Can I leave a 6-star review? This hotel experience exceeded every expectation we had for a 2-night stay during spring break for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Super-friendly staff, an incredible property (both the hotel area and the adventure area) and a perfect mix of luxury and fun & adventure (rafting, hiking, horseback riding, water slides, game room...) We can't wait to return.

Oasis in the jungle
Fantastic resort. If you can’t have fun here, you can’t have fun anywhere. Friendly people, delicious food, infinite activities, refreshing natural surroundings. An oasis in the jungle. A safe haven from the hustle and bustle of modern life. BAYRON took great care of us. It was like having our own private valet.
