Nov 18, 2024The Club Team - Jean Paul and Marilynn - Are Wonderful!
The highlight of our stay was the daily visits to the 19th floor club. The views were fantastic as were the food and drink. However, we are especially grateful to the club staff, Jean Paul and Marilynn, for going out of their way to make sure we were constantly delighted.

Warm Temps in NOV- Great Views
Comfy beds, beautiful hotel & pools. Awesome to see the ships lines up to enter Panama Canal. Great staff. Marilyn in the Westin Club Lounge is our fav! Very nice, friendly and helpful. We have been fortunate to see her on our visits for 4 years!! 😁 Thank you!

Marilyn and Jean Paul in the executive lounge are amazing!
Marilyn and Jean Paul in the executive lounge are absolutely amazing! They are extremely accommodating. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, give you tips or places to go and things to see. I am gluten free and they made sure I had options daily to eat. Marilyn is very attentive and will make sure you always have a drink whether that is water, cocktails or coffee.

Good time
We had a wonderful time. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast at the club is delicious and the service was excellent, specially Valeria. She was very attentive throughout the stay and took really good care of us. Even prepared a gift in our room! The only downside is that the hotel is far from the city and transportation is expensive. Definitely will be back but will rent a car next time.
