What a beautiful, tropical paradise! You will find yourself enjoying luxurious accommodations in a peaceful atmosphere on a wonderful beachfront property. The staff are friendly and amazingly attentive. The personal concierge service is exceptional. Valentina and Johnson are incredible. The live music was a great surprise. The staff at Bamboo, and La Yola are phenomenal. This was an experience of luxury and relaxation combined in one.

Best service and ultra private
This was one of the most relaxing trips ever. The service was impeccable, from the moment we stepped off the plane we were greeted by VIP service that whisked us through immigration via a lounge, and we were at the hotel within 15-20 min of getting off the plane. Our primary concierge Winifer was outstanding and went above and beyond several times to get the hot tub temp adjusted, and to surprise us with champagne and balloons in our room for our anniversary. Everyone at the hotel had the most pleasant attitude and were constantly trying to be helpful but not intruding. Jojo was a superb help at the beach bar and offered many great food options that weren’t always on the menu, such as fried snapper (AMAZING) and salt-baked mahi mahi. And finally the room and grounds were impeccable, it felt like we had the resort to ourselves most the time, and we enjoyed long bike rides, many dips in the pool, long walks on the beach, and a trip to the ecological park next door. We were in heaven!

Beautiful beach. Phenomenal service.
Property is fantastic but the service and the staff is what really sets the hotel apart. Couldn’t be more attentive or friendlier We stayed in a beachfront villa and did dinners both nights at the villa. Both were delicious and the location on the beach was great.

Amazing place and People.
Amazing place and amazing People working there..loved everything about it. The experience of luxury and relax time all combined in one. Beutiful breathtaking beaches infront of your villas and stunning views on the sea and palm trees.. We will be back again for sure..

Beautiful resort and VIP treatment from arrival til we left the airport
Best service I’ve ever received. Our ambassadors (Carlos, winifer, and Diana) treated us like royalty and were there to address all our needs. We stayed in a beach front junior suite. The views were amazing. The food was excellent, especially at La Yola and Bamboo. S/o to Alceso for his excellent service. His saxophone performance was a special surprise. The beach was beautiful and I got the relaxation time I needed. We will be back!
