Great resort. And make sure you visit La Boheme, the French restaurant and ask for Jorge Zanatta for your server. Food was superb, service exceptional. Jorge made perfect recommendations and suggestions. He went above and beyond. Manager Amelia was also a bright spot. Overall, a great experience.

5 STAR EXPERIENCE!
I do a lot of research before I go somewhere and did not have high expectations after reading some of the reviews. Boy, was I wrong! The moment we arrived, we were asked to sit down at the desk to check in. They brought us over warm towels for our hands and glasses of champagne. We were there for my husband's work trip and were given a regular room overlooking the ocean. We saw they had private pool rooms in which we upgraded for 3 out of the 5 nights we were there for an extra $100/night. We had the best service everywhere we went. We would be walking around the resort and every staff member greeted us as they were passing by. Golf carts were easily accessible to take us to the other side. We even did the boat ride to go to dinner one night. The grounds were extremely flawless. I did see a lot of reviews with staff members pestering people to go to timeshare meetings and we personally were never approached. Do not pay full price for the spa as someone was coming by the pool offering deals and you can definitely work with them to get it down to an affordable price. The pool was very nice, but get there early in the morning because people put their towels down and seats are taken quickly. The butler service was top notch! We had Lizbeth in our first room and Alfredo for our 2nd room and they went above and beyond! If you can upgrade to the pool room, do it! Make sure you request Building 2 as that is where the sunny side is. The pool room was fabulous, and we didn't want to leave our room. We had Roger who would deliver our drinks right to our own little pool so never had to go to the pool bar. He was the best! I had brought a few snacks and was eating those by my pool and he saw me and brought over chips and guac. My favorite food was the mixed ceviche and shrimp quesadillas at Helios. The beach was gorgeous with white sand and they had a bar and lounge chairs to enjoy. If I had one complaint, it would be our first room in Building 1 where the room is very musty smelling. We did not have that issue in the pool room in Building 2. Bring tons of sunscreen since they sell it on the property for $30-$35! Love this resort and cannot wait to go back!

Delicious
Don’t miss the salsa dip class with Carlos and Guillermo when you stay at TRS Coral at Costa Majures. It was a great way to spend part of the afternoon and have a great drink while doing so. We made a pico sauce and a fire-roasted salsa as well. GEH

Serious About Salsa!
Serious About Salsa! Carlos and Guillermo gave the best salsa presentation. We came, we made, we ate, and we enjoyed a million laughs while at it. Do not miss out on the salsa tasting if you see it on the schedule. They even accommodated me with my distaste for cilantro.

Excellent Poolside and Cabana Service
Jaime and Brayan at the pool provided us with exceptional service during our week stay. Both very attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. They very much enhanced our stay. Looking forward to our next trip back to Cancun and TRS Coral. Muchas Gracias
