Our stay at TRS in Mexico was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The pool staff was fantastic, always making sure we were comfortable and having a great time. A special shoutout to our amazing Butlers, Hector and Jessica, who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. One of the most special moments of our stay was my daughter’s engagement. Hector and Jessica played a huge role in helping us surprise her and ensured her room was beautifully set up for the celebration afterward. We were also celebrating birthdays during our trip, and every day felt extra special thanks to the Butlers, spa staff, and pool team. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness made all the difference. We had such an amazing experience and can’t wait to return to TRS—this time to celebrate a wedding! Thank you to the entire staff for making our trip so memorable.

Our favorite server Fernando aka “speedy gonzalez” was such a highlight on this trip!! Our new best friend! He brought us everything in a timely fashion and genuinely looked out for us and cared for us!! We love you Fernando!

Our 2nd stay at TRS Coral. Beautiful beach, clean & well maintained property, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Butlers Ivan & Robin responded to our requests, kept us informed about activities and made all our dinner reservations. Food and service was very good. All staff from front desk, housekeeping, bars, shuttle carts & boats, baggage and transport helpers were professional, competent and friendly. And we were never without pool/beach towels and chairs.

Really awful customer service and absolutely terrible check in process. I would say the worst I have ever seen in 20 yrs of avid traveling. We arrived and told our room is not ready. We upgraded as we were told our room wouldn’t be ready for another 3 hrs after arrival. We upgraded rooms for two reasons, we booked an ocean view and did not get an ocean view. So we upgraded to get a better view and praying to be able to check in. Fast forward 3.5 hrs later and our room is still not ready. Complete and total chaos at check in, terrible service and just constant wait wait wait wait. So disappointed in this resort already really regretting our decision to stay here.

Our stay at this all-inclusive resort was nothing short of incredible! Fernando truly went above and beyond every single day, making sure we had the best experience, no matter where we were. His attention to detail and dedication to our enjoyment made our trip unforgettable. Roger on the beach was equally impressive, always attentive and ensuring we had everything we needed with such a positive energy. And Carlos Lopez was an outstanding server at the pool, providing excellent service with a friendly smile. The staff here really made our stay special, and we can’t wait to return!
