Jan 21, 2025Stay was just ok. No wow or lasting good impressions .
We recently stayed at TRS Coral, and while there were highlights, there were also some letdowns. The butler staff was absolutely fantastic—special thanks to Monse, Jesus, and Alfredo for their attentive service and kindness. They were the best part of our stay and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations. The Italian restaurant was underwhelming—dishes were served cold and lacked flavor. The ribeye at the steakhouse was just okay, though I will say the pea soup there was fantastic, and the breads were a highlight throughout our stay. At Helios, the Mediterranean restaurant, the ceviche was great, but the paella was boring and didn’t live up to the rest of the menu. One major issue we encountered was during lunch at Helios, where a construction crew was banging on the structure nearby. It was so disruptive that we had to leave before finishing our meal, which really soured the experience. Overall, the hotel has some great aspects—particularly the butler staff and certain dishes—but the food quality and unexpected disruptions were disappointing for a luxury experience. There’s potential here, but improvements are needed to deliver the level of service expected at this price point.

Wonderful place to play tennis, celebrate love and cultivate new friendships! I went to celebrate my dear friends wedding. This was a wonderful venue and the staff did an amazing job to accommodate everyone. It was truly a wonderful experience!! I will definitely be back in the future for my own vacation

10/10 experience. Our butlers Monse, Alfredo and Jesus were quick to respond to our requests and were so kind. Food and drinks were great. All of the facilities were super clean and spa services were amazing! I would highly recommend staying here

TRS Is The Best!
This resort was amazing. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and the atmosphere was amazing. The spa is a must, the food is decent, it’s resort food so you can’t expect but so much. I would say the food options and quality is slightly better than other resorts we’ve stayed at. Access to the beach is great and we really enjoyed the adults only atmosphere that gave us the much needed peace and quiet we never get as a family of 4. Our butlers names Alferado, Jesus, Monse, were phenomenal. They were so accommodating all day long. It was my wife’s birthday and they did some phenomenal birthday arrangements and surprises for the room while we explored the resort. They helped with booking events outside of the resort as well. They were truly the rockstars of our trip. Elizabeth and Vanessa at the spa are amazing, we highly recommend them! We will definitely be coming back and referring to friends.

Great getaway for adults
Very nice and well kept resort. Everyone including staff are very friendly. Food and drinks were great and all the restaurants have their own unique menus to choose from which was the best. Lots of activities to do so had no reason to find things to keep ourselves busy.
