Horrible experience! We spent one night here and it was a very unpleasant one. I could hear noise from the other room and the mattress, bathroom accessories and TVs everything seem outdated. Unsure why this is called a 3 star hotel, feels like a motel tbh 😞

Nice hotel with good accommodation. The breakfast buffet is a go getter 😆...great pool byw! The beach is only about a block away and very close to the strip. The staff at Verdanza was totally incredibly nice! We really enjoyed our trip there!

This hotel is terrible. The lobby has been remodeled but the rest of the hotel is trash. There’s no direct access to a pool. You have to take a shuttle that doesn’t run all day. The rooms are old and gross. Housekeeping wouldn’t take dirty towels

Terrible
I had a reservation and when I went to check in they said that they could not honor it. I showed them the paid receipt and they stayed rooms were not available as it was a ‘glitch’. Horrible! Wasted 4 hours trying to book another hotel. Not acceptable!

Feb 15, 2025Verdanza - a great family hotel
At the end of December and beginning of January we stayed several days with our family at the Verdanza Hotel to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The Hawaiian-style celebration was held on the terrace of the Verace’s Restaurant. This is the sixth activity we have carried out in this hotel, and I can say that they never fail to impress us with exquisite, fine dining and impeccable service. It just only gets better and better. The restaurant's supervisor, Yamilshka Rodriguez, along with Sylvia Machin and John Mari, were running the activity and they went above and beyond to make the dining experience memorable. On the other hand, Elvin Rosado, the executive chef made sure that we had an exceptional dining experience always addressing our special dietary needs. The chef's tasting menu is a must-try and the attention to detail in each dish was impressive. Pedro González, the director of the restaurants at Hotel Verdanza, which always has been very professional and attentive in every activity he has coordinated for us, ensured that everything was perfect. We also had the great honor of meeting the general manager of the Hotel, Dariana Mercado, who impressed us with her great professionalism, her dedication to customer satisfaction and the exceptional support she gave us at all times. The hotel even surprised us with a complimentary appetizer in our suite. And although the hotel may not be in its optimal condition because they are going through a remodeling process, the hospitality, the friendly atmosphere and the courtesy treatment that we received at all times made up for minor inconvenience of the hotel being remodeled. The Verdanza has been part of very important events in our life and more than a hotel we feel that it is already part of our family, because that is how all the staff treat us and make us feel during our stay, for this reason we highly recommend this hotel.
