Good hotel. Grounds kept up. Clean. Staff was great including the activities people and the concierges. Special shout out to Monse, Ana, Vero, Bianca, Alondra, and Margarita. All these lovely ladies were eager to help you with your questions and were happy to steer you in the right directions. This was a very pleasant stay and we will be back in January Michael and Irene Haigh

I travelled to Puerto Vallarta to stay at the Villa Del Palmar Resort with my husband for our honeymoon. Upon arrival we were greeted by our concierge team Magali, Mago and Malena all of whom were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We were very pleased with all the wonderful staff at the resort including Hugo, Juan Carlos, Augustin, Leo, Marco and Santiago (servers and bartenders). We found the food at all the restaurants to be satisfactory and the drinks were excellent for an all inclusive. The location is also unbeatable as the resort is close to many tourist attractions, malls and excellent restaurants. The only reason I am rating it four stars is due to the fact that our room smelled a bit mouldy and the ceiling fan was not working. I understand that they will be tearing down the whole resort in the near future and building new but guest concerns regarding rooms should be addressed and not ignored.

Trip to Puerto Vallarta
Malena, Magali and Mago were very welcoming and made sure that we had all the information we needed for our stay at Villa Del Palmar. The unit is very clean, spacious and lovely. We really enjoyed the Mexican Fiesta night. The food was delicious, especially the BBQ. The live entertainment was also excellent with talented dancers and musicians. The pool entertainment staff are terrific and offer great fitness classes.

Good servers!
Hugo is the BEST! As are Cesar, Miranda, Pablo and patty. Such good service and are so grateful for everything they did. The food was okay, room was pretty good but the service was really the thing that was special. Had a room near the beach which was nice.

The staff made it special
Wonderful staff. Very willing to help and offer advice . Magali and her team Martin Magali-Mago were amazing. The resort was lovely with two pools and lots of seating on the deck and the beach. The food we had was great and their breakfast buffet had a variety to suit every taste. Try the omelets! The rooms are a bit dated but very comfy beds and couch.
