Everything it's awesome, my favorite restaurant it's de Mexican, I come every year with family, Bertha did a great job cleaning my room, all the waitress doing great job, alondra my concierge always doing a great job with ,Veronica and monse from members services .... Thank you villa del palmar

Fantastic Vacation
This was a fantastic all inclusive resort, right off of the beach. There was fantastic oceanfront service, with delicious food and very generous cocktails. The resort has very good sized rooms for the price, and the staff was friendly and kept everything very clean. Our concierge Luis Lopez was amazing, super helpful, and booked us several excursions at a highly discounted rate. I would absolutely recommend this resort.

The best hotel in Puerto Vallarta!
Luis Lopez is fantástico! Mago Morelos too, The best hotel I’ve ever been too! The first time ever being to Mexico and my experience couldn’t have been any better! All the hospitality and asombroso service was top notch! Very much worth the experience and trip! I will definitely be coming back again!

Wonderful home away from home.
The service was fantastic, the staff was amazing and the food and drinks were delicious. Amazing deal for the price! And special shout out to our concierge Luis Lopez for making an awesome trip x100 more amazing! It was a blast, and the excursions were a great price thanks to his networking.

Activities with Ian
Ian has been excellent in his role as the water activities director. He make sure everyone is safe and has a great experience on the water. He is very personable and willing to give his time to all the tourists. We have been here over a month and Ian is always avaliable and a great asset.
