Everything at the resort was fabulous! The staff was amazing! Eduardo & Luis Guzman the bell hops were over the top being helpful & friendly. Every time we are at the resort they are amazing! I can’t thank them enough for their helpfulness, friendliness, & all around great guys! They made us feel so welcome! I have known them over 20 years, and they make are vacation fantastic!

Lots of fun times and relaxation to be experienced at this excellent beach resort.
Great resort and lots of fun activities and amenities for both adults and kids. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quick and easy access to pools and beach. Friendly staff. Said, Miguel, Lizbet and the rest of the poolside and Kids Club staff are the best! Highly recommend this resort.

“WELCOME HOME” Staff put the real meaning behind the words!
Best vacation ever! Staff were amazing and made us their family. Special THANK YOU to the following staff who went above and beyond. Mary, Gemma, and Mitzi at the Elite desk Pool attendants: Alex, Alejandro, Fernando. They made our days at the pool an everyday memory. Bartenders:Polo and Pedro Towel attendants: Viridiana and Lorelys Pool concierge: Reggie Butler: Cesar El Patron: Elias, Rafael, Abigail Entertainment staff: Miguel, Lizbeth, Said Room Attendant: Nadine Porters: Luis, Antonio, Alberto, Eduardo and the young porter (not sure of his name) Memories to last a lifetime!

Going above and beyond!
I wanted to highlight a specific employee for her exceptional customer service. Her name is Elizabeth and is one of the waitresses at the Japanese restaurant Yashinoki. Not only was her service to our table (6 of us), she surprised us with a special round of shots called “little beers”! What a delight and totally unexpected. We all loved it! Thanks you again for a wonderful evening and making it a memorable experience! (we later picked up the liqueur to take home!)

The best staff ever!
I have just returned home after 2 weeks at Villa Del Palmar Flamingos. This was my 5th or 6th stay. The resort is beautiful, but the people are the reason we keep returning. The staff are incredibly amazing. They are the ones who will be in our memories for years to come. Their smiles in our photos. A few special ones that I would like to highlight are; Alex at the pool. I feel he genuinely cares about our family. He is always the first person we look for when we arrive. We choose where we sit each day at the pool based on where he is working. In our 5 years or so of visiting the resort we have gotten to know him so well. He especially always looks after my Mom while we visit. He calls her Mama and makes her feel special. Miguel, Liz and Said from the entertainment team are amazing. They bring such an amazing energy to the resort. They always, ALWAYS, have a smile on their face. I admire their hard work every day. They brought joy to my trip between smiles and waves across the pool or courtyard, good mornings, checking how our evenings were and overall just being so kind. I've seen them spend time with guests one on one playing cards or ping pong and I've also seen them lead a large group event. Their energy levels are unmatched and they are always a key part in creating a great experience for our family. Viridiana and Lorelys the towel attendants are great! Viridiana and I would share a wave, a good morning and maybe even some dance moves almost every day. Fernando who runs the food at the pool does an amazing job. He is kind and quick. He is new to the resort since my last trip but I think he is doing an amazing job! Edwin, Alejandro, Fernando, Jorge, Conrado, Cristobal, Ignacio and the other pool servers all made our trip special as well. They all work together as a team to ensure all guests have a great experience. When I walked past any of them there was always a shared smile, high five or when time allowed a small conversation. They are all stars. Cesar the Butler always treats us so well. He goes above and beyond to ensure the little things are taken care of. He even brought us small treats he knew we would like. He learned I love mango and surprised me one morning with a fresh mango. He goes above and beyond to make our trip special. Elias, Enrique, Abigail, Rafael, the other servers, and the capitan at El Patron consistently bring up the energy. This restaurant has such a fun atmosphere due to these people. Elias and Enrique have the most amazing smiles and truly treated us like family. They immediately recognize people and welcome them home. The whole team there are stars. Pedro the bartender is a true gem. He makes us laugh every time we see him. We always say he is 50% sound effects. Victor, one of the taxi drivers for Flamingos was truly amazing. I have gotten to know him well over the last year and truly appreciate him. He is amazing. A few others I would like to special mention for their amazing service: Cesar and Cesar at La Tratoria Jonathan at Tomatillos Luis, Antonio, Alberto, Eduardo and the young porter (I'm sorry.. I can't remember his name) Polo the bartender Mary, Gemma and Mitzi at the Elite desk Manuel at the front desk. Nadina the room attendant Viridiana and Lorelys the towel attendants Reggie the pool concierge Jose, Elizabeth and Victor at the painting table. Thank you for everything! We will be back in November!
