Jan 21, 2025Stay Away from The Presentations or at least know what you’re getting yourself into
Whatever you do stay far away from the presentation they tell you it’s not a timeshare but it definitely sounded like one it’s a very high pressure presentation they tell you they will give you a breakfast buffet and the whole time they are trying to build trust asking questions and you can’t enjoy your breakfast they tell you it’s 75 min for the presentation but they lie we got their today at 9:30 am and finally made it to the office where they started to explain things I asked for the price because they had 5 more minutes of my time it was about to be 12pm I spent all morning listening to them and the manager comes over and says it was 75 min for the presentation not for the whole time I asked how much longer and he wouldn’t answer he only raised his voice and my husband said it was time to leave he took it to far so unprofessional they lied about the process I would never do business with them they are very dishonest how could I trust anything they said after that we left and we like the rooms we will just Book with Airbnb so we can travel wherever whenever we want and not be tied down to anything stay away from these scams if you like timeshares just make sure to get everything they tell you in writing you cannot take their word for anything I hope this helps someone avoid this waste of time oh and we were told we would get 30 min jet ski and 30 min of horseback riding they didn’t keep up their end of the deal they said we had to stay and finish which they couldn’t tell me how much longer it would take

We recently returned from Villas del Palmar. We enjoyed it so much. We did not want to come home.From the panoramic views of the bay the beautiful sandy beach and the magnificent pool. Reggie, the pool manager was still there doing a wonderful job. It really was like coming home. All rooms that we have stayed at have been spotlessly clean. We have always felt safe there, but for those who are nervous, the security is excellent. We enjoyed the restaurants the walks to Bucerios and the proximity of the fully stocked supermarket, which had everything from booze to chicken. The welcome is always warm and the staff in the front lobby from the doorman to the front desk, including Iris, Cesar, Erik, Patty, and Jami we’re always so helpful. I noticed that they now have streaming TV, including Netflix, which is great for keeping the children occupied when they’re tired of swimming in the pool. We are looking forward to going next year.

Amazing
Everyone was very friendly we loved the hospitality and the great service provided to my family and I by Julissa in the front desk the girl that checked us in was super sweet. Pedro in the lobby bar very funny and the drinks were amazing!!The waiter at the restaurant El Patron (I forgot his name I’m sorry) He was so awesome reserved us a table for the Michael Jackson show thank you sooo much!!! Everyone from room service to cooks amazing people thank you all for your great work!!! Definitely going back

Love it here.
We love it here, so much so that it has become our second home. We spend every day the same: a morning walk, a long sit on the beach, lunch at the Palapa, and afternoon nap, and then dinner. Day after day, with no expectation of more. Perfect vacationaway from our busy lives and in the warmth during the winter.

Welcome Home and reconnecting with our friend, Ignacio
We’ve been coming here as guests of an Elite Member and our favorite part of the vacation is reconnecting with Ignacio’s, one of the poolside servers. He always remembers us and has become so much more than a server. He is truly a great friend. This resort is beautiful and has a nice variety of on property restaurants as well as being a short cab ride away from some great restaurants in nearby Bucerias. Upon arrival, staff members greet you with “Wecome home” and then strive to ensure you’re vacation is all you had hoped for.
