Property and staff are second to none Locals perfect Villas are beautiful Dining has everything, from elegant ( la Casana ) which is 5 star, to outside pool dining is wonderful Pool area is beautiful and drinks are reasonably priced and made to order Your nightly rate is such a value compared to other resorts of similar quality

Medano Beach AMAZING Resort & Spa
Out family has been coming to Estancia every year since 2006! Our daughter grew up here and now brings her two daughters……. Some of the staff are still here all these years later and treat us like family. We LOVE the large spacious villas, the amazing pool with views of Land’s End, the location on Medano Beach……and the AMAZING service. This resort truly feels like our home by the Sea. 🏖️

Relaxation at Villa La Estancia
Everything in the condo was excellent. Comfortable bed, couches and chairs. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The beach and pool service by Luz was superb. The kitchen was supplied with everything you could possibly need. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

A “welcome home” away from home!
Villa La Estancia is such a gorgeous location, perfectly located next to the beach. We have been coming back yearly, where the lovely staff greet us with a warm “welcome home”. The pool is beautiful, where Teri, Natali, and Deivi make sure you will be seated comfortably, shaded when requested, well-hydrated and pampered! Today’s sunrise was stunning, with the added bonus of seeing 900 baby sea turtles released to the sea. Sorry to go, but always excited to come back “home” to this lovely paradise spot in Cabo.

Estancia wonderful!
Resort service and all the people at Estancia were fantastic! Beautifully maintained and top notch quality. Shout out to our pool server Axel. He was wonderful. Also to Enrique. Gracias! Been to many Cabo resorts, this one of the best! Return for sure!
