The pool staff are amazing. Always happy to help. Jesus, and Daniel are the best. Jesus and Daniel run to provide quick and courteous service. They bring you extra towels and happy to adjust your umbrella for shade. Kudos to Miguel who stands vigil every day as security...he also is happy to help when needed.

Elegant all inclusive retreat!
Top-notch! This is our third visit to the region, but our first time at La Estancia. Booked our vacation through Costco and everything was very smooth. Flight & private hotel transfer was great, our one bedroom suite was lovely- we had a shared balcony & the other family was very friendly and gracious. We chose the all-inclusive option and it worked very well for us. We stayed exclusively on resort for maximum relaxing and never felt bored. Woke every morning to a beautiful view, then enjoyed a delightful breakfast at one of the two buffets. Every day lunch was by the pool or at the yummy pizza/snack bar, and for dinner we tried it all! The steakhouse, the Italian, the farm to table- they were all delicious! Our eight and 13-year-old kids delighted on the beach playing in the waves, borrowing boogie boards from flamingos (included!), swimming in the pool, playing pickleball and enjoying lots of fresh mocktails at the swim up bar. The beach was clean and fairly shallow, though in the afternoon the wind kicked the waves up pretty strong. Like everyone else has said, the staff is incredibly gracious, and so happy to be helpful! My Spanish is not as good as it used to be, and they were always very pleasant transitioning into English if needed.

There is no more pleasant experience than Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit!
The friendly service at Villa La Estancia Nayarit couldn't be better. The staff at the resort goes out of their way to make every guest feel special. I understand this is one reason people buy units at La Estancia. A special thanks to the front door men, Raul, Owen, Henry & Hugo. SO NICE evey day! Also, the guys at the pool help to get you settled in for a lovely day... Jesus, Daniel, and Gabi. And what a great massage from Daysi at the Spa. The breakfast crew were happy to see us everyday, which made us feel like our day started as a win... Lorena, Yamilet, Domiela, Carolina, Esmeralda, Paloma, Fabian, Hose and Angel. Housekeeping, Elisabeth, (I think ooops) couldn't have made our room more welcoming. And 'teardown' each night by Sandra and Garcia was superb. And the management... the best. Thank you for making our vacation so special.... Dawn & Mike from Chicagoland.

Great property with an amazing staff
I've stayed at several places in Mexico at varying levels, from old, run-down hotels in the middle to first-class resorts on the coasts. One thing that always stands out is how polite and helpful the people are,, especially in the hospitality sector. I booked this stay via Costco. La Estancia is very calm and doesn't have a heavy party vibe. It's more residential. Next door at Flamingos is where the action is (I've stayed there too and it's fun). This immaculately maintained property feels dreamlike and makes a great vacation spot. I want to thank Paola, Itzel, and Joel (tour bookings) for their thoughtful attention to our inquiries and requests. Our initial room assignment was incorrect, and Paola worked hard to fix that quickly. Then she and Itzel helped to place my sister in the unit next to us, which made our stay so much more enjoyable and memorable. Our unit had a kitchen, so we didn't eat in the restaurants much. Lastly, Joel got us into a same-day tour and helped book a second one. He gave us his honest feedback about each tour and was thorough in his descriptions and details. Much appreciated. While we had a lot of challenges on the trip, we will still remember it as an excellent spot and a gorgeous property—many thanks.

Ending it with a beautiful view
La Casona is highly recommended. The service and waiters are all exceptional. Shout out to Carolina, Esmeralda, Lorena, Fabian, Daniela, Rufiro for the excellent service. You made our final breakfast memorable. We will be back! Hasta la proxima!
