    Incredible staff beautiful place!

    The place is fantastic, especially the pool attendants. Jesus and Angel are so helpful, efficient and friendly, they made our experience even better than we could have expected. 💯 recommend this to anyone who wants to relax and be in paradise! Thank you boys, you’re incredible.

    The Best Resort in Mexico

    The staff at La Estancia make the stay amazing here amazing. Jesus deserves a raise! He works so hard for the customers of the resort to make sure everyone has a good spot at the pool. Thank you to all the staff that make La Estancia our favorite place to stay in Mexico.

    Don't ever go here - under new management and is using illegal time share sales tactics and worse

    I was lured into what was pitched as a vacation package presentation, but it was really a high-pressure timeshare sales pitch. The staff used pushy tactics, false urgency, and asked for my personal info and ID. They wanted the room number of the hotel I was in, later found that it would be used for harassment and intimidation. It wasted hours of my day and left a bad taste. They even offered a free lunch, then didn't provide it, and in fact added $10.00 to my bill, which they wouldn't provide. Advice to others: These are illegal sales tacics in Mexico. If this happens to you, don’t be afraid to walk out. You’re under no obligation to stay or sign anything. Politely decline, don’t share personal info, and report it to PROFECO if you feel misled.

    Our first choice for a winter getaway!

    Our 10th visit over the past 15 years. A perfect place to relax and recharge. All of the personnel from the beach/pool attendants to the wait staff to the housekeeping staff to the bell staff make you feel welcomed, special and cared for. Alma and Paolo at management and reception went out of their way to accommodate our wishes and some unexpected changes in our plans. Will for sure be back next year!

    Unbelievable resort!!

    Love the resort! It’s our second time there because it’s so amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. From check in with Itza to Daniel and Jesus helping with chairs and towels to Lucio and David with drinks. And don’t forget the bellhops Raul and Jerry who helped get bags to room and found transportation for us. And many more friendly, helpful team members. The food is better than any other all inclusive I’ve been to and I love that you can pick and choose the days you want to be all inclusive. Love getting to use the paddle boards each day and found dolphins on one outing. The entire place is spotless and the rooms and view are stunning!! Can’t wait to go back!!
