My family (3 yr old daughter, wife and myself) have just returned from Villa La Estancia and we had a great trip. My daughter has very severe allergies to egg/dairy/peanuts and we were thoroughly supported throughout the trip. The service and meals were really great. Special shoutouts to Fabian, Carolina, Lorena, Daniela, Cera, Rufino, and chef Oscar for consistent, top notch service and consideration for our girl. We also received great service at the sister resort from Rafael and Enrique at the Mexican a la carte restaurant. They had great memories and recommendations. Really great food too. The rooms were in very good shape, generous in size and very clean. The patio is super spacious and an awesome place for a drink after the kiddo went down. We spent most of our time between the pool and the beach. Both of which are first class. The pool deck support crew of Jesus, Daniel and Angel made sure every day we had chairs, towels and shade and checked in often. Really appreciated their hustle and kindness. I’m a huge landscaping nerd and was in awe at how immaculate the grounds were. Exceptionally planted and arranged vegetation just added so much to the whole resort feel. Overall this was the best Mexican resort we’ve been to and would return without hesitation.

10/10. Did not disappoint!
Villa Estancia was a wonderful resort. Everything was well maintained and clean. The bed and bath linens were high quality. There were lots of loungers around the pool and the staff were quick to bring a towel, pillow or move umbrellas!! La Casona was an excellent restaurant and the staff were always friendly, efficient and attentive! Great big gracias to Juan, Fabian, Lorena, Caroline and Esmeralda!

For at least 21 straight days “catch of day”, wait for it! mahi mahi Really Went to Four Seasons last night in Punta Mita had seabass they also had snapper. Even the waiters joke catch of the year! Really I expect more! Just a money thing for them? Perhaps go to La Cruz and buy some other fish? Very disappointing

Great place amazing people that work here!
This place is really nice! The customer service is top notch!! When we got there our check in was with Jair Villa. He was great very helpful and understanding. We had a minor issue with our room advised Jair and he took care of it and got us taken care of! Also through out the time we spent there he kept checking in on us to make sure our stay was good! Next every morning we would have breakfast at the restaurant by the lobby we were lucky that we got to sit with Esmeralda she was our server she was amazing and always very attentive of us we got kids and she always made sure they were good and not need anything! Yadira she is the lady that makes the omelettes she they were really good definitely a must have every morning! Jesus Daniel and Angel they are the guys around the pool they are great always wanting to make sure you are good with your chairs and towels and anything you need! They even make shade for you! Amazing crew! Last but not least was Lucio he is the bar tender at the pool bar! This man makes great drinks! He is very nice and even took care to make the kids drinks and Smoothies! We went 3 families with a bunch of kids we enjoyed this resort very much and we will be back for sure!!

We are always amazed with the services at LaEstancia and especially want to thank Jesus and Angel (poolside). They are so attentive to making each day special. Also, we have never seen them without a smile and ‘can-do’ attitude. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!!!
