The activity staff was great during our stay. I especially want to give a shout out to Jonathan and Dayreth for being a lot of fun during the activities. They always had good games and activities to play and made the time much better, they also spoke out launguge great and understandably.

Outstanding
Just wanted to say that the staff was fantastic during our stay. Also wanted to point out that the activity/entertainment staff was fabulous. Specifically both Dayreth and Jonathan were exceptional and my entire family was impressed with they interacted with us. Wonderful experience!

Great service! Best waiters at the resort. Would definitely visit Bamboo again in the future.
Excellent service at Bamboo. The food is great and they have the Best waiters ever at this establishment. Would definitely visit this restaurant again in the near future. Highly recommend Viva Azteca. Viva Maya is excellent as well. Come visit you won’t be disappointed.

Great Solo Trip
I just came back from my trip to Viva Azteca, I had such a lovely experience! I was traveling alone and the staff made my stay so much better. Special shout out to the entertainment team for making me feel part of their family, especially Dayreth, Jhonathan, Enrique and Mauricio who welcomed me with open arms. The beach was amazing, but they made is 100% memorable. Thanks to Gisele to manage a great team of individuals 🫶 ! The guys at the aquatic activities, José, Carlos, Gustavo and Roberto are incredible showing me how to sail a catamaran and I am glad we spend time together ! My highlight was the beach-volley every day and meeting new people ✨ ! I recommend this place !!

* Beach Vibes *
Service was impeccable and the staff was so welcoming. We have dietary sensitivities; the sous chef went above and beyond to accommodate us; he made us feel as though we had our own personal chef. The resort was well maintained, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and the services (spa, bars, water-sports, games) were wonderful. We would definitely come back again, gladly!
