Laura was awesome!! And the amazing team for the animation caro, Leo, Brandon, Lua , Jesus y Alejandro And the amazing team in the bar Luis and Antonio the bests vacations ever Thanks so much in special a Laura always with a smile 5 stars and the food is very nice

Yay-Beach! Very nice family oriented hotel, perfect size if you need to grab something from room during the day! Stuff super hard working, we had amazing experience with Trapeze stuff, Olga was so kind and patient with our daughter! Everyone super hardworking, bar crew, buffet crew and entertainment team great!Food was also decent! Nay- Understuffed! long line up for drinks, bar from the pool side closed. No service of the drinks by the pool or beach. Even though dancers in the shows were great, shows were big disappointment, They were renovating outdoor theatre so most of the shows happened in the small theatre, white walls and super hot. Some shows had to be cancelled as they did not have cover space for it!!! No water in the lobby, if you check in or check out, would be nice to have!

Nov 19, 2024Vacation at Viva by Wyndham in Playa del Carmen
Hernan and Paula in guest services were wonderful. Noe in LaTerraza Restaurant was excellent. We received superb service from him and the staff at every meal. It was hard to get reservations one night for our whole group at Portifini Restaurant. Check in was confusing because we were given a 3rd floor walk up ocean view and my roommate had to use a scooter. After much discussion, it was rectified and we were given one on the 1st floor.

Stay at Viva Wyndham in Playa del Carmen
Group of 10 senior women. Pre-Paid for Ocean view rooms. They had our rooms upstairs where no elevators or ramps to our rooms. Had rooms reassigned to accommodate lodging that were not ocean view. Limited English for staff Requested hand towels multiple times and did not receive. Excursion desk was helpful. Specialty dining nice.

Viva Maya September 11 thru 19
We stayed at the viva maya. And it was not that great. The pool water was so dirty we would not let our grandchildren play in it. The rooms are small and the air conditioning would not go below 77 Fahrenheit. There was no air conditioning in the buffet area but they did have big fans. The service was very good and the place is clean. The shower would not work correctly something was broken.
