    Relaxing and fun!

    I just want to mention Daniella and Erin down on the beach they made our stay very enjoyable always checking in to see if we needed water or anything they can do to make our stay any better ! I said all I have to say the fact that I can’t make my review under 200 characters is crazy 🤣

    Great, relaxing hotel with higher-end amenities

    Very attentive and thoughtful staff. Had a wonderful surprise for my boyfriend's birthday when a nice bottle of prosecco and a dessert was left when we arrived back to our room after dinner. Everything was very clean and the pool was very relaxing. Would come back!

    Swerve at all costs - far better offerings in FL

    A very disappointing experience. Check in at 7pm and one person to service a huge line of guests. Lifts that take 10 minutes plus to arrive to and from your floor. A bar that attracts some very undesirable drinkers. Extortionate valet parking with no onsite alternative. Guest relationship team (Raul) who continuously ignore emails. With so many other superior and in many cases cheaper offerings in FL don't put yourself through the adverse and disappointing experience we had.

    W stay

    I was on a business trip and needef a last minute booking . Im very happy with the stay . Everything was clean and everyone is so kind :) On the beach and pool I got complementary chairs and I was very happy Steph helped me out and she checked me She then passed by multiple times to give me water and extra towels. I am very grateful for her. I will definitely be returning thank you so much.

    Beach stay at the W

    Stayed at the W had a great time super neat hotel . Food was pretty good at El Vez . Staff are very kind. the beach staff was super nice , Steph G particularly stood out giving great service and bring me and my friends water . Really appreciate her! Other then that I had a great time overall and will probably check out other W loactions
