    Great Service!

    Lazaro was wonderful in the parking area as was the entire team there. Also very happy with the cleaning team. The only negatives were with the facility. For example, my room was a little run down. And, sadly the elevators were so very slow and one was broken.

    A good valentines experience that will make us come back

    Front desk is very welcoming. Bartenders at the bar are friendly and remember your name. Rooms are clean and with a great view. Steak 954 was a great experience and our table was touched several times. We are coming back. The beach staff was amazing and very tentative.

    A comeback

    this is an extraordinary property - it needs some work but the location, service and cleanliness is great. If you are looking for a good family spot with great beach access this is your spot. we will be back. The food at the pool is great. my room had a direct view into the ocean.

    Lazaro valet attendant was the best Always greeted us by name and always smiling car was always on time One elevator in tower 2 never worked Sometimes long waiting time To many people put out a towel on a chair at the pool and did not return should not be allowed to reserve if you don't stay

    Awesome experience and a comeback

    Great hotel - needs a Reno but rooms are great and great views. Food and beverage service are amazing and so is the beach access. Definitely a comeback. Would recommend. Friendly staff and they go above and beyond for bonvoy members so worth being in the program.
