    Highly recommend!

    We came for a short girls trip and Arron, Mo, & William were extremely kind and accommodating! They had great recommendations and were very personable which made our beach trip great! The towels were always perfectly clean and the lounge chairs were so comfy. The boys checked in frequently and provided complimentary waters for us. Highly recommend staying here!

    Great beach and great crew!

    The beach team is amazing! Aaron, Mo and William were very kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend!! The staff was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and catered to our every need. The team was quick to help with lounge seating adjustments or any questions we had. Definitely family friendly as well, a very easy escape and within walking distance of great food and coffee

    Great time on the beach!

    I had the best time on the beach today! The weather was fantastic, and the service was even better! I had the pleasure of having Michael as my attendant. He was very personable and kind. He consistently asked if we needed any water or towels. He even noticed I had some things lying in the sand so he brought me a table to put everything on! Definitely didn’t expect that! I can’t wait to come back and hope Michael is there next time.

    Awesome front desk staff

    Tony at the front desk is so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. We arrived on a late flight and he even had a surprise for my 8 year old daughter for her birthday. He patiently explained our benefits, thanked for our loyalty and shared all about the hotel. The entire property is beautiful, well-cared for and thoughtfully designed. Bonus - sugar free redbull in the mini bar!

    An extra special hotel!

    I cannot say enough about this extra special hotel. Yes, it is right on the beach and beautiful Fort Lauderdale, It has a super fun bar, And every room has a spectacular view, but there isn’t why I am writing this review. The W Has an extraordinary team that has made every single stay over the top amazing. Raul Should be running or training every Marriott hotel on how to make guests feel as though they are visiting their best friends/family. He is just everything. My last trip was a group trip for the boat show. My friend was pregnant and had horrible morning. When she got to the W, Raul greeted her as he has before and brought her baby gifts. Her exhaustion and anxiety left quickly and she was filled with happy tears of appreciation. This is just one example of how Raul consistently makes our trip amazing. Thank you, my friend,! I have to also mention More amazing staff members that have become my friends. Patrick at the living room bar is just wonderful and genuinely looks out for me when I travel. Terrelle is another amazing and welcoming blessing at the W hotel. Thank you all!!! Cannot forget Andrew, Shane, Fabio….. thank you. I can’t wait to see you all again soon! Please tell the CEO of Marriott that this should be considered a center of excellence
