An absolutely spectacular, world class, 5 star resort. Had high expectations and they were consistently exceeded. Property itself is stunning, the grounds, the design, both pools are unique and incredible. Gym is amazing, has floor to ceiling glass, like you're working out in the middle of the jungle. Rooms and suites were gorgeous, and on top of that, the food, and I mean all restaurants, had some of the best cuisine I've experienced anywhere in the world, it was that good. Now, the beach, far better than any in PV itself, the beach in front of the W is warm, clean, safe, paradise. The GM at the W has put together a fantastic team: Edgar, reception manager was such a pro and made arrival a great experience, Leydi was super helpful, Gabriela, Diamanté, Luis at the front, all great. Hector, concierge, was super cool and helpful, as was his colleague Aide, Gabby and Jesus for breakfast were A+ servers in the restaurants. Leo our shuttle driver made everyone feel at home. Really can't say enough about what a beautiful world class resort this is, coming back SOON.

Relaxing, beautiful and great service
My husband and I came here on our “mini” moon and it was amazing and just what we were looking for. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The service was great from the pool service, restaurant service, front desk, housekeeping and guys on the golf carts. The food was delicious, a bit pricey but we were expecting that staying at a resort. The sunsets were amazing and the adults only pool was *chefs kiss*. I also had a massage service from Sylvia at AWAY spa which was incredible. We went during the slow season so it felt like we had the resort to ourselves at some points. Overall highly recommend for a relaxing, romantic getaway.

Magic in Mita-W Hotel
Magical, Bohemian, Impeccable! Top W Resort property across the portfolio. Grounds blend beach and jungle—a place to chill and unwind. The team, across the board, is top-notch. Fernanda at the front desk and Hector as concierge, but quite frankly, they are a team dedicated to "Whatever, Whenever"! Chef Manuel Medina at the restaurant Spice Market will blow your mind. The dishes are a fusion of the Asian world, and I can say that on my travels, these are the most creative, tasty, and delectable bites in a vibey Asian setting. Pack your bags and experience this extraordinary resort.

AMAZING!!
AMAZING. We hosted our wedding here this past week and it was perfect! The service was outstanding, the food was excellent and all of our guests had a vacation that will be hard to beat. From Philippe at breakfast in the morning, to Armando by the pool, to Diego the f&b manager to our amazing event coordinator, Alondra, everything was just perfect. I want to go back already!!

This resort is an older facility which has some quirks and could use a complete renovation. But the warm and helpful staff, and excellent food and drink, make this a destination not to be missed. I’ve travelled extensively and I have never experienced the level of hospitality and genuine desire to please, except maybe at The Breakers in Palm Beach. Don’t expect luxury in the infrastructure, but do expect indulgence in every other way.
