Max absolutely teriffic! He provided great service and assisted us with our chairs. He went out of his way to help us & he made great restaurant recommendations. Max provided several local recommendations & patiently gave my wife excellent choices. Above & beyond!

Amazing!
Max and staff were amazing and very accommodating. Super great service! From the minute I got to the beach to the minute I left, the service was beyond amazing. They consistently ensured all members at the beach were well taken care of and enjoying their experience.

All the chairs are set up, from the room we saw that the staff are up early setting up all the chairs. The beach is very clean and max was very nice and welcoming. The sand is all clear and the staff seem to care a lot. The beach is very relaxing and calming.

Great Reception!
Our receptionist, Rica, is very welcoming and helpful. She provided possible options for my stay like leaving our luggage so we can roam the city while we wait for check-in. she even recommended places to visit like restaurants, bars, sceneries and social places.

Best. Vacation. Ever.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single employee at the Westin was SO accommodating and caring. One thing that really stuck out would have to be the sweet engagement gift they provided for us on night one. I would 1,000% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great time, location, views, easy beach access and waterway access. The restaurant, Lorna, at our hotel was phenomenal and I can't say enough positive things!

The hotel will charge a $75 non-refundable Pet Fee to cover any deep cleaning process.
