Great hotel!
My family and I had a great experience. The front desk staff was very helpful the whole stay - Alberto, Leonel, Jaime and Alejandro went above and beyond to ensure me, my pregnant wife and son all had a great experience. They offer discounted golf cart rentals ($85/day) instead of paying more in the center of town. They’d call a taxi for us anytime we needed it. They helped us reserve our trip back to the Cancun airport and booked our day pass reservation for swimming with dolphins and Garrafon. Jaime, Leonel and Alberto even went to bat for us when the day pass with Dolphins/Garrafon didn’t go as planned and helped ensure we were happy nonetheless. I also got a message from Alberto the week before we arrived with him checking on us to see if there’s anything we needed ahead of time. Leonel checked in with me to make sure I was happy and that we made it to the airport safely also. Great personal touches along the way. The location is quiet and beautiful, away from all the noise and in a safe location. Chedraui (local grocery store) is a 3 min walk, you’re a 5-10 minute drive to Playa Norte and the center of town. Two quick things: The WiFi is pretty bad unless you’re in the main lobby. Also, I wouldn’t consider this “all-inclusive”. The gym is a separate cost and there’s no restaurant on site. Other than those two pieces of feedback and to let other guests know that ahead of time, we had a fantastic experience. The staff is amazing and love to make sure you’re happy and that you had a good stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Not bad not great but clean
Resort is quietly tucked away from tourist attractions in middle off a marina boat dock. The workers minus Leo appear not to enjoy their jobs and not as friendly. Lady was rude when i was asking for big trash bags bc they give tiny one foot trashcans for their dining area for our food we have to bring in. No restaurant on site. The pool is nice but only get in by ladder. Asked for a bathroom at pool bar and he said both are marinas not exactly the hotel & you feel bad for even asking for the right to a pool bathroom. I walked to marina one & had no toilet seat, poop all over, no soap and no papertowels or toilet paper and thats closest to the pool, next marina non hotel option was further away and nice inside but again far from pool. Overall the fact that its not hotels but feel bad for using makes this uncomfortable feeling i shouldn't have as paying customer. Didnt have any kid activities for a family or events. They were good at least when called for taxi service when phone worked. When phone didnt work walked around property couldnt find one employee not even at front desk so it seems understaffed. Provided: .75 ounce shampoo/conditioner, fragrance liquid hand soap, hair dryer, bath/beach towels, hangers to hang clothes on in closet. Hotel King room does Not have a kitchenette or hot tub. Wifi was horrible not sure if thats a thing. Toilet hard to flush handle was kinda broken almost. There is like an abandoned boat storage and dogs were continuously barking and sometimes during sleeping hours which was disturbing if in room by road. Dogs seemed to be locked up in building. Not close to any beach in walking distance, its by marina dock. Need to take taxi or rent golfcart to get around. There are plenty of restaurants to walk to though like yayas and or to the grocery store which is a 5 minute walk or so.

Good enough
Has a nice pool. Accommodations are adequate. Advertises having bikes to use. Not true. We asked repeatedly for them and you have to go to the Marina. There they say they don’t have the keys for the locks. Magically there are 3 bikes. There must be a key to one because we saw an employee riding around on it. Would stay here again, but would get a room with a kitchen. The room we thought we booked up with was shown online to have a 2nd floor with a hot tub and a full kitchen. The one we ended up with only had microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker all in same floor as bedroom, living room and bathroom.

Awful. Not worthy of Wyndham and not worthy of being called a resort.
During a recent stay, our family members experienced the following: inoperative toilet, no hot water, phone lines not working, staff not responding to on WhatsApp when attempt to contact were made to try and resolve issues, on-site restaurant that was advertised was boarded up. If not for its setting on a beautiful island, this resort would be utterly worthless.

I can't wait to return! Perfect Isla Mujeres hotel.
I wasn't sure what to expect when we booked this property because it is a very small island. We were very pleasantly surprised. We had a 1 bedroom that slept 4 (our kids were on a pull out futon.) The front desk was very helpful throughout our stay. They helped arrange for a golf cart rental to be brought to the resort and they made arrangements so we could return it near the ferry back to the mainland. The room was well equipped and the resort is close to a very large grocery store. We walked around the grounds and marina area and used the pool. The resort is in the marina and most of the amenities are ran by the marina. Most if not all the rooms have a hammock in front and it was relaxing to hang out on the porch. Upstairs we had a balcony with a spa/jacuzzi (not heated- most are not heated in Mexico.) This was a short stay for us but when we return to Isla Mujers I would stay here again for a longer duration. It is a great "home base" to see the island. It is not in the very crowded North Beach area, but we did walk to the hotel from the ferry. Next time, I would simply just rent a golf cart near the ferry and take it to the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. They also kept our bags after we checked out so we could spend the day on the island before returning back on the ferry.
