    Beware halfboard booking

    Currently staying at this hotel on a BA holiday booked with half board Whilst we have no complaints about the hotel which is beautiful with excellent staff we have been very disappointed to find our half board booking is only valid for lunch No flexibility and no chance of dining allowance in the evenings with our half board booking unlike most other luxury hotels Beware if you book this

    loved our stay!!!

    Had the most amazing stay at the Wymara! Cannot recommend it enough, the staff was incredible and top notch. The facility is gorgeous and truly feels like a home away from home. The concierge team helped us with dining reservations and outdoor excursions and did so flawlessly. Can't wait to return next year, this is our new family tradition!

    Look elsewhere for the money

    Very disappointed, especially for the money paid to stay at the resort. We were really looking forward to the stay, but left underwhelmed and disappointed. Could hear the neighbors upstairs the whole time. Have stayed at plenty of resort and never had it where we could hear the people above us the whole time. Also, our air conditioning stopped working one evening. Went down to get an engineer to fix, was told they wouldn’t be in until the morning, so I asked they come first thing, was told it would be 7:00 am. When it was 9:00 and no one showed, had to go to front desk again and they said there was nothing stating anything about our air conditioning not working. Had to have them come to the office a number of times. The resort did NOTHING to address our inconvenience.

    Most chic and beautiful boutique hotel in Turks!

    Just had another amazing stay at Wymara. Chic boutique, high-end resort with best 2 restaurants on the island-Indigo and Blue water grill. Staff are all warm and welcoming, and so accommodating. Rooms elegant and comfortable, all have amazing direct views of the turquoise ocean. Highly recommend the Wymara, you will not regret it! ps. I saw somebody posted about bacteria in the hot tub that may have caused them to get a rash... I can say first hand, we never had that issue. We were just there for nearly 2 weeks for xmas and new years, and my entire family (with kids) used the hot tub multiple times daily, and never had an issue! Pool and tub are super clean and maintained daily.

    BACTERIA INFESTED HOT TUB- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible place to stay. While at my stay at Wymara, I caught hot Tub Folliculitis. Their hot tub is infested with bacteria causing this itchy rash with pimples. They were non accommodating. Once brought to the attention to the executive team they refused to do anything about it. I provided them with doctors notes and images of the rash as they requested. It took them a long period of time to respond to me and let me know that they will not be doing anything about this issue. During my stay, me and many other guests also complained about the hot tub having boiling water to which nothing was done about it. I have stayed at many resorts and have used many hot tubs and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. If you want to enjoy your vacation, steer clear of this resort. DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY AT WYMARA!
