Nov 16, 2024Many memories in Rio Grande, PR at the Wyndham Resort!
The hotel was beautiful. The beach was a short walk from the hotel and the staff were so friendly! Joanne and Juan in particular were so helpful with fun activities around the Island, I had an amazing time! We are already planning our return trip back to the Wyndham in February 2025 with the kids!

wonderful honeymoon trip
Came here for our honeymoon and had the best time of our lives. Here from Tuesday to Friday and everyone made it extremely special. Special thank you to Diamond, Reynaldo, and Herick at the front desk who got us set up in our ocean view room, great recommendation for things to do while in town, and helped us celebrate our honeymoon right. rooms and grounds were clean and well kept. some renovations on the property, but don’t let that discourage you as there is still plenty to get out and do. Another shoutout to Jamie at Caicu and Juan P at Marbella. the staff here is all fantastic, and there is nowhere else we would have wanted to spend this special occasion.

The best bartender
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Wyndam Grand Rio Mar. The highlight of our trip was meeting 1 of the bartenders at the 5 o’clock bar. Ivan Delgado was amazing. Always smiling, cared for his customers and simply was a pleasure to deal with. We will miss him and look forward to visiting him in the future

Excellent service
The staff's attention was excellent and very professional. The hotel was clean and well-prepared to welcome us. They included thoughtful details, like greeting us with champagne and offering hot chocolate with cookies because of the rainy weather. They had activities for children, such as movies, board games, and bean bags in the lobby. The hotel's app is excellent for staying informed and making reservations, and they also provided attentive support and information through text messages.

A Rainy Weekend Transformed by Incredible Staff!
We recently stayed at Wyndham Rio Mar, it was a particularly rainy weekend, which kept us indoors more than we’d planned. Thankfully, the lobby area turned out to be a cozy, welcoming space where we spent most of our time. A huge shoutout to Bianca, Joel, Angelica, and Lisandra, who made the stay genuinely memorable. They went above and beyond, organizing fun activities like board games, movies, and even setting up small snack stations. The kids had such a great time that they didn’t want to leave, and we, as adults, found ourselves enjoying the board games as well. Their attentiveness and warmth transformed our rainy getaway into an unforgettable experience. Thank you to the entire team for turning a gray weekend into such a delightful stay! Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service and family-friendly vibes.
