Zoetry was fine
The resort is very quiet. Would have been nice to have music by the pools. Even something calm and relaxing. Pools were too cold to get in. Food was not great. Rigo was great by the pool. Amazing service, very friendly and attentive. Best part of the vacation. They released baby turtles first night we were here which was very cool. Our room had a beautiful view.

Another fabulous vacation experience at Zoetry Casa del Mar!
This was our second time staying for the all-inclusive package at Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos. We love the quiet vibe of this beautifully landscaped resort. It is the perfect place for a couple to stay for relaxation and rejuvenation. We had an oceanfront room this time, which really added to our overall experience. Nice to have dining options from casual at both the Salt Water beachfront restaurant (where we had most of our breakfasts and lunches so they quickly got to know our names and our usual food/drink preferences) and poolside at Reflections (super yummy fish and shrimp tacos at both places), to the slightly more elevated menu and food at Arroyo restaurant in the main building. All staff here are amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping services were wonderful, especially because they came at our specifically requested times for the morning daily cleaning and turndown service in the evenings, so this never inconvenienced us. Their gym facility was quite satisfactory for such a small resort. The beach is not as walkable as other locations in Mexico since it is quite slanted, and the ocean is not safe to swim due to the waves and undercurrent. However, there are three nice pools on the property for guests to use, and we enjoyed many meandering walks through the property. We will definitely be back!

A Few Days in Paradise
The highlight of the trip by far was the service. Everyone we dealt with was not only professional but they went above and beyond what we would expect, even at a high end resort like Zoetry. One server in particular was Reyna (pictured below), who we first met at the pool but seemed to run into everywhere. She was so polite and friendly, and after getting to know us a bit, let us help her with her already considerable English skills. Our vacation would not have been the same if not for her!

Very disappointed
I so wanted to love this resort and just could not because there were numerous disappointments. It's touted as a 5 star, 4 Diamond AAA rating. Despite that, it was our worst resort experience yet in Cabo out of 3 previous visits. We will definitely not return here. The Good: friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful pools that were not crowded. Beautiful views of the beach and coastline. The resort is small with an intimate feel, which we liked. Relaxing vibe. Although it's family friendly, kids weren't an issue for couples because few families choose to stay at a wellness-focused resort. The Bad: Housekeeping was hit or miss. They never came 1 day. ONLY 2 restaurant options with very little menu variation. The food was incredibly mediocre-we had to leave the resort to eat a truly good meal. The drinks were the most watered down I have experienced. There weren't many activities to keep one interested & it became boring after a couple of days. Please note, this is part of a Vacation Club program. They will immediately pressure you to sit through a presentation (ours was 3 hours long) in order to commit to an expensive vacation club. Wasted 3 hours of my vacation but my bad for agreeing to it.

Enjoy the Zoetry Experience
The Zoetry is a beautiful resort, and the staff is very good. In particular, we found Jessica Aguileta the front office manager, Jaime, the pool activity director, and Reyna one of the lead servers at the Reflections pool bar, to be friendly, engaging, and always willing to go the extra mile for the guests. The food quality at both the El Arroyo and Saltwater restaurants was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the chiliquiles at breakfast, all of the fish selections at dinner, and the churros for dessert after dinner! The rooms were very well appointed and clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job of maintaining the rooms. The one warning would to be very careful out on the beach. There are red flags and signs warning about going in the water; However, you really need to be careful even walking down by the surf line, because rogue large waves hit every so often without warning, so be aware!
