Chill break
It was one of the best holidays if you wish to chill for a week. The staff were 95% HELPFUL, friendly all the time. our room was very large and the same with the bathroom in the main fifteenth centenary house overlooking the gardens and countryside, which we would recommend. kept clean every day. The food was 90% VERY GOOD, and the lunch time snacks around one of the outdoor pools was 90% good. I would say you need to hire a car because taxis were a little costly to go any where. We will return for sure, but with a car.

Very pleasant site and rooms but one major let-down
We chose Zoëtry for its location between two particular areas of interest to us in Mallorca; we have been to the island many times. The main building is beautiful and there was a calm, restful atmosphere on arrival, although this turned out to be rather deceiving. In retrospect, it was obvious that a large, chain-owned hotel of this nature attracts families with small children, weddings and conferences. Nevertheless, we had a very pleasant junior suite in the main building and undisturbed, good sleeps in comfortable beds. Given its remote location, we knew that we would be quite tied to the hotel’s restaurant. However, where Zoëtry really falls down is the poor quality of the food, which is probably 3-star level at best. Leaving aside the more boutique Mallorcan hotels where we’ve stayed, we also have experience of three other large, corporate 5-star hotels in Mallorca. Each has a far better restaurant; one of them by a long, long way. This is all the more astonishing given that Zoëtry also has a Michelin starred restaurant on site (we didn’t know this beforehand otherwise we would likely have booked an evening there). Again in our experience elsewhere, such a combination of Michelin star and general restaurant clearly has a beneficial effect on the quality of the latter restaurant. Not so at Zoëtry! As we already discussed all this in detail with management at the hotel, I did not intend to post a review here, but given that we subsequently also received an automated email inviting us to review here I have hereby done so. The manager seemed genuinely interested in and concerned about our feedback, and was keen to make amends. We shall see whether we return and whether we then find a significant improvement. This is not easy to imagine happening, especially because this hotel is part of a large American chain where the food budgets are kept very tight. But this may be unfair. We may see.

Not a 5-star experience
The app - it's nice, if the Live request was working. I’ve tried to use twice to get a blanket and make two choices in the Pillow menu. No response to either of them. Otherwise, housekeeping was handled as expected of a 5-star hotel. A variety of chocies for eggs at breakfast, orderring works fine, just don't expect to having them. Breakfast and our overall experience of food services I would describe as disorganized, unsystematic and chaotic. Either due to staff shortage, poor leadership or a combination of both.

Relaxing, beautiful grounds and food but service could be better
Great points - grounds, room, spa, pools, food, drinks, breakfast, grounds, spacious, yoga. Bad points - service. Absolutely everything is 10/10 but the service didn't match. Every breakfast and evening there were dirty plates, glasses and tables and not enough staff. Slow service and not attentive. We had to keep asking for a menu / drinks / ask to be seated. It wasn't just us thinking it as other people were commenting and also telling the staff that there needed to be more staff. No issues at Es Clot by the pool for lunchtime. Cleared tables and attentive. All inclusive issues. Really could have done with a wristband or similar (just giving room number) when ordering. A complete faff and wasted time for us and staff when ordering. Needing to print a receipt (issues with machine not working, extra time for us and staff), getting us to sign multiple receipts for no value! Even just wanting a small bottle of water was annoying and was not relaxing. Need to book activity classes ASAP as they get booked up which is a shame.

Splendid!
It's a really pleasant experience for me and enjoyable stay overall! Great ambience, friendly and helpful staffs! All very warm and welcoming like the Spain's Mallorca weather! All sunny and bright :)) Love the interior and exterior designs of every corners within the hotel. Cleanliness is tip top. There is a beautiful church to visit nearby too. Gym, spa, pool, bars, and tennis court all very spacious and ready to use! Can never get enough of it. A great choice for relaxation and holiday-to-go! Superbly fantastic and loved it! On the side note, very instagrammable and instagram worthy :D
